Die UV Lampe wurde zurückgesendet, da von mir eine falsche Bestellung ausging. Ich benötige 18 Watt UV Lampen. Bin aber mit den bisherigen UV Lampen des Herstellers sehr zufriedenheit.

Obligé de commander cette nouvelle lampe. La première d'une autre marque ne fonctionne pas.(OSAGA). Un petit geste de votre par serait le bienvenu.

Ce produit fonctionne très bien et il est arrivé rapidement MAIS dans une simple enveloppe et non protégée par une boite ou une mousse !!
Il s'agit de verre, cette lampe aurait pu être cassée mille fois durant son transport !!
Je ne comprends pas pourquoi ce type de produit n'est pas emballé et protégé ? ? ?

Benutze seit Jahren die UVC Lampe von Philips für ein Oase Bitron 24c Vorklärgerät. Sie funktioniert einwandfrei und kostet nur ein Drittel der Original UVC von Oase. Ich wechsel jedes Jahr diese Lampe, bisher hat jede Philips Lampe eine Saison ohne Ausfall gehalten.
