Lo compré en una época de lesiones y noté que mi cuerpo me pedía un extra en la recuperación, al principio parece placebo pero a la larga te das cuenta de ese plus que te está dando, yo lo noté porque como digo, le exigía a mi cuerpo en estas condiciones y a la larga se nota ese "extra". Empecé tomando una al día (lo que recomiendan) y al estar recuperado, tomo una de vez en cuando cuando noto que el trabajo va a ser duro ese día, después de comer, así no acostumbras al cuerpo a este

What is Trustami

Research in the field of "Social Media Analytics & Big Data" at the Chair of Information and Communication Management (IKM) provided a first prototype that enabled the collection of reputation data. With further development and funding Trustami became an independent spin-off.
