The vacuum is small but has a surprisingly large bagless dust canister which is really easy to remove and empty.
The vacuum is small and light and very easy to use.

It sucks ok I suppose but it makes a terrible screaming noise. It did this from new so nothing stuck in pipes or anything. Was desperate for a hoover so had to use it and make do but would never purchase again

Strong suction, not as noisy as I thought it would be. It's lightweight, and good at what it's designed for- pet hair removal with the special tool head. The generic carpet tool head can stick a bit on old carpet, but worth the effort. Dust container takes a lot before you need to empty it. Negative is that it is easily turned over or tipped up by mistake, (but keeps working )

I am a bagless first-timer! it is light and easy to use but so light that it often comes un-plugged at the wall. I still find it easier to have a bag because you still need to empty it into a bag to go in your bin and then wash it out.

Suction is very powerful. Didn't realise my old machine had worn out so much. I usually empty the canister after every Hoover as I have a dog but the design is not as user friendly as the old version of this machine. Still good though as it's compact and easier to move around.

I was very disappointed with the Hoover I have had to duck tape the pipe together or it was impossible to hoover because every time I pull back the pole came out and fell, very annoying.

We had a similar Vax vacuum cleaner before and happy with it. So when we broke our upright Vax vacuum cleaner, we thought we’d get this. A big mistake.
1. Straight away we noticed it had a weak suction.
2. Loses its suction even more as you uses it.
3. No compartment to store the basic accessories (included)
It’d probably ok if you don’t have carpet in your home. Otherwise look elsewhere. Our older, previously broken (now replaced handle) vax upright cleans carpets way better, never mind high

Product arrived on time. However it is not fit for purpose as it is impossible for me to empty the machine after vacuuming as the closure is so tight. My husband uses all his strength and struggles to succeed. Would not buy again.

Very easy to pull around and empty. No bags needed just tip straight into the bin. Fairly powerful bought as lightweight to clean upstairs. Cord recoils and brushes etc stored neatly on main body. Great price.

Worst Vax hoover I’ve ever had. | 26/02/2023
Bought as I have 2 dogs… as soon as it fills up a little bit the suction weakens, always have to empty half way through vacuuming my home. Constantly gets blocked and the plastic contraption inside the bin constantly falls off. I’ve had to do a complete clean on it, all filters and pipes but suction has dramatically diminished. Will be calling customer service tomorrow as product not as advertised. I really hope I don’t have to buy a new one as money is already really tight.

Ordered and delivered within 2 days actually came earlier than expected... was sceptical as it didn't cost as much most vacuums... it works perfectly, suction is amazing, came with correct appliances for every day use... hose is long enough to reach most top surfaces...
Down side its a bit light and feels very plastic.. seems to topple over more than it should .. but it does the job...

i have 3 dogs, bought this hepa vacuum with the hope it would pick up danda & hair. The filters fill up so quickly so there is no suction. Have to empty & clean literally every 1minute. you get covered in dust every time. NOT RECOMMENDED. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Suction power was good, but I have to change the filters every time I use it, the head of the hoover picks up more of the dog hair by kinetic energy, 'it sticks to the outside of the thing. I thought Vax was brilliant but this is not worth it.

The section was good for a few weeks but is rubbish all ready I have to empty all the time as filter rubbish the wire isn’t very long the side bits are falling of all ready and the back bit is broken x it’s rubbish x

The overall package of this cleaner is disappointing. It has a reasonable amount of suction, but in order to maintain it, the chamber has to be emptied often because the fluff inside will block the suction hole quite quickly. The head design is useless. The suction generated will cause the head to stick to the kitchen floor. This means that if you don't use the air hole on the handle, then the motor is in danger of overloading itself. But in doing so, the suction at the head becomes too low

This replaces the older model of this vax and has surpassed our expectations due to some clever design modifications. The pet tool is incredible too.

I purchased this when my previous vax broke after 12 years of use. It has good suction, fairly light to me but some people may say it's a little heavy. The cylinder is easy to empty and also there are easy to follow symbols on it to change the filters.

I'm very pleased with this vacuum cleaner, the vax I've had before was very expensive and heavier and bigger but not as good as this one.
It does exactly as it says and very light but not as quite as i expected. I definitely recommend it recommend it.

It's a great vacuum cleaner that has one awful downside, the main head of the cleaner is prone to grip to floors. This is mostly limited to laminate & vinyl, where the feeble efforts of the little pop out brush mechanism does little to mitigate the problem.
Meanwhile, on carpets, the cleaner seems to simultaneously vanquish fine dust from the farthest recesses' of the weave, whilst somehow missing fluff tufts sitting on top of the carpet.
