Strong suction, not as noisy as I thought it would be. It's lightweight, and good at what it's designed for- pet hair removal with the special tool head. The generic carpet tool head can stick a bit on old carpet, but worth the effort. Dust container takes a lot before you need to empty it. Negative is that it is easily turned over or tipped up by mistake, (but keeps working )

I am a bagless first-timer! it is light and easy to use but so light that it often comes un-plugged at the wall. I still find it easier to have a bag because you still need to empty it into a bag to go in your bin and then wash it out.

Suction is very powerful. Didn't realise my old machine had worn out so much. I usually empty the canister after every Hoover as I have a dog but the design is not as user friendly as the old version of this machine. Still good though as it's compact and easier to move around.

We had a similar Vax vacuum cleaner before and happy with it. So when we broke our upright Vax vacuum cleaner, we thought we’d get this. A big mistake. 1. Straight away we noticed it had a weak suction. 2. Loses its suction even more as you uses it. 3. No compartment to store the basic accessories (included) It’d probably ok if you don’t have carpet in your home. Otherwise look elsewhere. Our older, previously broken (now replaced handle) vax upright cleans carpets way better, never mind high

Bought as I have 2 dogs… as soon as it fills up a little bit the suction weakens, always have to empty half way through vacuuming my home. Constantly gets blocked and the plastic contraption inside the bin constantly falls off. I’ve had to do a complete clean on it, all filters and pipes but suction has dramatically diminished. Will be calling customer service tomorrow as product not as advertised. I really hope I don’t have to buy a new one as money is already really tight.

Ordered and delivered within 2 days actually came earlier than expected... was sceptical as it didn't cost as much most vacuums... it works perfectly, suction is amazing, came with correct appliances for every day use... hose is long enough to reach most top surfaces... Down side its a bit light and feels very plastic.. seems to topple over more than it should .. but it does the job...

i have 3 dogs, bought this hepa vacuum with the hope it would pick up danda & hair. The filters fill up so quickly so there is no suction. Have to empty & clean literally every 1minute. you get covered in dust every time. NOT RECOMMENDED. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Resorting back to my old Henry .

The overall package of this cleaner is disappointing. It has a reasonable amount of suction, but in order to maintain it, the chamber has to be emptied often because the fluff inside will block the suction hole quite quickly. The head design is useless. The suction generated will cause the head to stick to the kitchen floor. This means that if you don't use the air hole on the handle, then the motor is in danger of overloading itself. But in doing so, the suction at the head becomes too low

I purchased this when my previous vax broke after 12 years of use. It has good suction, fairly light to me but some people may say it's a little heavy. The cylinder is easy to empty and also there are easy to follow symbols on it to change the filters.

It's a great vacuum cleaner that has one awful downside, the main head of the cleaner is prone to grip to floors. This is mostly limited to laminate & vinyl, where the feeble efforts of the little pop out brush mechanism does little to mitigate the problem.
