The product came in a dusty box, looked like it had been opened and repackaged, and the dolls were missing. When I put in the batteries, nothing happened. I don't know which was more broken, this toy or my niece's heart.

We bought this as a birthday present. It was opened, put together, and did not work at all. Adult put it together, so it was not an error. Inexpensively made, poor quality. Unable to request return - we held it for the birthday and it was beyond the return date.

My girls (ages 5 & 6) like this you, but I would not recommend it. It does not work as instruction manual suggests and is quite tricky to use! It is cute and the Ferris wheel is cute whether you make jewelry or not:)

After much waning and waiting to get this, the on button is stuck on and will NOT TURN off. We have to flip it over to take the battery in and out to get it to sorta work, save your money, and time. This is a piece of junk!

Cute jewelry maker, but my three-year old has been desperate to own this mainly for her extensive collection of tinies. Unfortunately, she (and I) believed that the ferris wheel would spin with the use of batteries. It did not, which caused my daughter to cry pretty hard for a few minutes. Received new in box. Saved for Christmas. After the box was discarded we tried to use this thing and it doesn't work. Just makes a funny noise. Took beads out tried several times the closest we got to it doing anything was the beads jamming at the top of the wire where they are meant to go from the machine to the string. Was a waste of money for me. Shame my daughter really wanted it and now is,stuck with a broken toy.

Keeps jamming and doesn't feed beads onto the string, as is the purpose of the toy. My 6yr old daughter was so excited about this toy, but is now completely disappointed. Wish I could return it, but unfortunately it was a gift. Don't recommend.

This is a great concept, but it does not execute the way they show it does. This jewelry maker could be two toys. If you child doesn't want to use it to make jewelry, it's a cute little ferris wheel. With that being said, this product does not work very well. The beads (that come with the playset) get stuck and make it all freeze up. I've put minimal beads in and it will still jam up. Out of the box, the Lalaloopsy Tinies Jewelry Maker Playset is ready to go after adding 3 AA batteries. There is nothing to put together other than setting up the beads and lanyard string. You get 4 Lalaloopsy Tinies, 2 spools of lanyard string, a bag of beads and then the Ferris Wheel. You can put the Lalaloopsy Tinies in the Ferris Wheel cups for a ride as well as the beads. It doesn't work :(. I placed the proper batteries in it and after about 30 seconds of it working as it should, the button won't turn it on/off now! I tried changing the batteries too. Our product is defective. Very disappointing :(
