小判のような形をした錠剤で、なかなかの大きさです。海外サプリに飲み慣れた私も飲むには気合を入れます。マイプロなので無難かなと思いましたが、他メーカーと比べて私にはあまり効かないLカルニチンでした。安いとは思います。

喉に引っかかり飲めません。これは噛むタイプなんでしょうか……自信で砕いて粉末にしないと吐いてしまいます。

とりあえず、一日の必要量が簡単に取れてとても良いと思います。ただ皆さんがいう様に粒が大きい為、そのままでは飲むのが大変です。しかし、簡単に割れるので割って飲めば問題は無いです。

初めて購入させていただいた商品でしたが早くとどきました。写真で見る以上にサプリがでかすぎて飲みづらい、いや飲めもせん。なので半分にカットしてのんでいますが切断部分が喉にささります。どちらにしてものみずらいです。これはリピートできない。

2ヶ月で体重約3kg、体脂肪4%ほど落ちました。ただしやる事やってますので(筋トレ、食事管理等)これのおかげかは断言出来ません。でも有酸素運動するとかなり汗かきますね、燃焼してる感じはします。そして粒がデカい（笑）飲みにくいです。あとこの時期湿気ってくるので入れ物移した方がいいかもです。

Bon produit.Gros comprimés à avaler.Top en complément du c.l.a pour fondre avant l’été.Deux gélules par jour à prendre avec beaucoup d’eau!!Pour des résultats visibles cardio et alimentation saine en complément et là l’efficacité du produit pourra opérer !!

Sembra un buon prodotto , ricordo solo che la trasformazione di grassi in energia è un fattore personale ,si può a volte provare non vedo effetti collaterali... Come sempre i migliori risultati ...sana alimentazione ,sport e giusti recuperi.

Le pasticche sono 90, per cui durano quasi tre mesi: peccato che dopo due mesi comincino a sfaldarsi, non avendo intorno lo strato rinforzato (che le rende perciò facili da rompere per chi non le ingoia intere) diventando farinose sia in bocca che in mano

Did not notice any difference using this product. Also lost a quarter of the packet as they turned crumbly so could not take them without feeling sick trying to swallow the crumbly tablet.

Lieferung, wie gewohnt schnell. Die einzelnen Tabletten sind relativ groß, aber man kann sie gut runterschlucken. Liegt eine Tablette auf der Zunge, ist der Geschmack leicht säuerlich – das ist aber nicht weiter störend. Ich verwende sie zur Unterstützung bei meinem Fitnesstraining. Würde ich auch immer wieder hier bestellen.

Additional...taken before but cheaper from Amazon than direct from myprotein. They seem to work for me but do take cider vinegar plus coconut oil as well

...allerdings ist der Geschmack nicht wirklich ansprechend. Weiß nicht, wie ich es beschreiben soll, aber am Schluss habe ich sie weggeschmissen. Schmeckten muffig und man hat es halt im Mund und zerkaut es. Nicht schön.

とりあえず、一日の必要量が簡単に取れてとても良いと思います。ただ皆さんがいう様に粒が大きい為、そのままでは飲むのが大変です。しかし、簡単に割れるので割って飲めば問題は無いです。
