2ヶ月で体重約3kg、体脂肪4%ほど落ちました。ただしやる事やってますので(筋トレ、食事管理等)これのおかげかは断言出来ません。でも有酸素運動するとかなり汗かきますね、燃焼してる感じはします。そして粒がデカい（笑）飲みにくいです。あとこの時期湿気ってくるので入れ物移した方がいいかもです。

Liegt eine Tablette auf der Zunge, ist der Geschmack leicht säuerlich – das ist aber nicht weiter störend. Ich verwende sie zur Unterstützung bei meinem Fitnesstraining. Würde ich auch immer wieder hier bestellen.

とりあえず、一日の必要量が簡単に取れてとても良いと思います。ただ皆さんがいう様に粒が大きい為、そのままでは飲むのが大変です。しかし、簡単に割れるので割って飲めば問題は無いです。
