The overall knife is great, it's lightweight, durable, aesthetically pleasing, & has a great blade on it. When you pay decent bucks for a good knife you expect the flipper to work with ease. Not the case with these knives. This is the SECOND Zero Tolerance knife I've had with this issue. Both returned & will not give them a third chance. I try to buy American, but it's hard when a $40 civivi is a better knife than a $170 Zero Tolerance. They should be embarrassed.

The frame design/framelock is excellent. Locks up strong, handle is ergonomic- it fits well in my hand and I love the finger notch for your index finger which provides excellent control. Flipper begins with stiff resistance/detent and transitions to a smooth fast opening. S35VN stainless steel blade is awesome. The drop point blade design provides a long even cutting edge. The knife is a simple, functional and elegant design. And it looks great with the stonewashed ti and red accent spacer pins.

This is my 6th ZT. All were great. This knife is great in everyway except it couldn’t cut warm butter! This one should have never left the factory! I got a good price, great service and fast shipping from “Cavestock” since it wasn’t their fault it’s going to KAI/ZT/Kershaw to be properly sharpened and sent back. I’ve never tested ZT this way so I guess we find out if they can service what they sell?!

This is the absolute best every day carry knife if I’ve ever owned in my life! Highly recommended. It is absolutely perfect in every way. I’ve never had a knife this nice and smooth and solid. Can’t say enough about it. It’s the most money I’ve ever spent for a knife before and I have to be honest, I’d spend another 50 or 100 bucks for it. This thing is fantastic. Very stiff detent fresh from the box. I added some oil to the detent ball and flipped the ever loving crap out of it the first day. Second day, I opened her up for a cleaning and fresh oil. Now she has the buttery smoothest action I could ever imagine! The numerous new nicks in my thumb nail will attest to the drop shut nature of this knife. Size, action, centering, beveling, materials, I haven't enough imagination to picture a more perfect knife!

This was my EDC for 3 weeks. Not sure what happened but it's now a pain to open. The indent in the closed position is acting more like vice grips. I've read comments talking about putting pressure on the locking plate. Nope. That's not it. It's something to do with the indent and bearings. I tried putting some machine oil on the bearing but it still sticks. I don't have any dry lube but this should not happen considering the money this thing costs. I'm not impressed with

The knife may be excellent but don’t buy from here as you might get a counterfeit like me. This was confirmed by ZT. The screw holes were not milled to their specifications, liner and spring lock not milled to specification, and handle screws and nuts are oversized, not their hardware.

The materials, fit & finish are top-notch but the functional performance does not hold up to my other high-end edc's.1. Not a deal breaker but the comments about not being able to open if any pressure is on the lock-bar are correct. While you can definitely get used to placing your fingers in the right place, you will not be able to lend the knife to anyone without opening it for them first. What is Trustami
Trustami regularly scans the internet for new reviews and collect them in one place, in order to make them available to interested parties at a glance.
We want to make it as easy as possible for every internet user to look up products. Instead of relying on just one source, we provide a single point of contact to get easily all the reviews on a product.
Trustami does not generate new reviews and stays independent in order to make the internet more transparent. We automatically search on popular internet platforms and websites to find reviews and identify products. Our claim here is to provide a helpful set of product information that anyone can rely on. The aggregation of product data is done as good as possible and may include multiple versions of one product.
Trustami was created as a project of the Technical University of Berlin (TUB) with the aim of making the internet more trustworthy. Research in the field of "Social Media Analytics & Big Data" at the Chair of Information and Communication Management (IKM) provided a first prototype that enabled the collection of reputation data. With further development and funding Trustami became an independent spin-off.
