Disco molto sottovalutato uscito anni fa, è veramente molto carino e cambia lo stile della cantante americana. Più cupo ed elettronico, questo disco risulta un passo in più a livello discografico nonostante qualche pezzo trascurabile oppure poco interessante. Vale la pena riscoprirlo .

L'album a été envoyé plutôt rapidement, le CD ne contenait aucunes rayures, ni à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur ! Le son est impeccable et ne parlons même pas de l'album en lui même ! Cet album est beaucoup plus mature que ses albums précédents, il contient d'excellentes chansons et l'atmosphère de l'album en lui même est génial !
Les chansons sont généralements très bien réussies.
Merci Katy Perry pour cet album génial !

I bought this record thinking it was the actual version of the album, but for some reason it’s the edited version (despite saying otherwise on the cover) Misleading and disappointing.

Like another person said the album is the not clean version on the page and the cover says it isn’t the clean version but the record is not explicit. It’s very frustrating, but I got a refund.

Als künstlerischer Ausdruck von Katy Perry ist "Witness" ein sehr interessantes Album, das eine neue Seite von der Pop-Sängerin zeigt. Das Album besteht aus 15 Tracks, die eine Mischung aus Pop, Elektro-Pop und Dance-Musik sind, aber es gibt auch einige ruhigere, introspektive Songs.
Der Titeltrack "Witness" ist ein starker Opener, der das Thema des Albums einführt und eine positive Botschaft über das Erkennen der eigenen Stärke und die Wichtigkeit, für sich selbst

The description on Amazon and the sticker on the outer sleeve both indicate that this is the explicit version, however, the songs on the disk are all the edited/clean version. Pretty disappointed, as the original album was the one I ordered.

Witness was an album by Katy Perry that was released in 2017. Perry is firmly in the pop music genre that mostly appeals to younger listeners, but does release songs that have wider appeal. This album has a mix of both types of songs. There are some songs that are very heavily produced and others in which her voice is the main focus of the song. Perry has a good enough voice that she could do nothing but ballads without all the stuff. I do not think any of the songs on this album are on par with

Katy ha sfornato un album degno del suo nome, è uscita dal pop zuccheroso dei suoi due precedenti album Prism e TD (che comunque hanno segnato il decennio scorso) per regalarci un capolavoro come Witness che non si discosta troppo dal genere che l’ha resa celebre in tutto il mondo ma tratta dei temi molto più audaci e maturi, Katy è cresciuta e come lei anche il suo fandom!
Era una svolta necessaria, peccato che sia stata abbandonata da molti!

This album is an amazing album, it’s so different from Katy’s normal type of work and so meaningful especially “save as draft” the intro song “witness” is unbelievably cool and an amazing introduction to the album. I highly recommend this album for anyone looking for new music and an amazing vinyl to be added to their collection!

Comment peut on mettre une mauvaise note à cet album ? Il est tout simplement parfait, il sort des codes des chansons habituelles très pop de Katy Perry tout en restant parfait !
Les chansons sont très différentes et cet album est sûrement l'un des meilleurs de Katy Perry !

El disco está bastante bien y tiene buenas canciones a las que hay que dar alguna oportunidad no se escogieron bien los singles y por esa razón el disco no tiene la buena imagen que debiera pero merece la pena escucharlo y bastante
