Das Album ist bestimmt gut. Leider funktioniert der Download in der App nicht. Ich habe bisher noch nicht herausfinden können, wie ich einen Mitarbeiter von Amazon telefonisch oder per email erreichen könnte.
Das finde ich ziemlich ärgerlich.

IN dem Fall muss man sagen: zu Recht! Eine sehr gute Platte, sehr gut aufgenommen, sehr gut gespielt, alles ungerade Takte. Brubeck war ein Großer, zu Unrecht wird er oft ins Easy Listening Eck gestellt.

L’altra sera ho assistito al concerto di Bruce Springsteen a Ferrara. A questo giro Springsteen è accompagnato da una E Street Band davvero numerosa e notevole rispetto all’ultima volta che l’ho vista in azione. Sono tanti, e c’è una sezione di fiati da far paura, alcuni componenti sono storici, altri sono “appena arrivati”. Every jazz lover has a story about this album. Here's mine. Senior year in High School. I'm the facilitator of a "Jazz Club" at the school after hours. 6 - 8 of us meet weekly with albums in hand. I get the record player from A/V and play "Time Out" for the group. We're used to more conventional jazz. Now, we get a Rondo; different time measures; tight piano, sax, bass and drums courtesy of Dave Brubeck. And, the rest is history. My recording of this album was

Suena genial y es todo un clásico. Pero viene solamente con la carátula de cartón sin plastificar, y sin ningún material extra en el interior como nos tienen acostumbrados otros editores. En cualquier caso, buena compra a muy buen precio.

I have the SACD and thought I'd try to CD version (of the very same recording) and am sad to say that it's too thin sounding for my tastes. Maybe it's the mastering or maybe one needs the SACD version to sound it's best. After all, this is direct from the master tapes 5 or 6 decades old.
