I've been listening to this group for a long time. The group's members are siblings and they have a unique sound and create beautiful songs delivered with tight harmonies. Love how the voices compliment one another.

Unfortunately, when I received this disk, I placed it aside and forgot about it for many months. I was cleaning up and found the disk. When I tried to play the disk, it was not readable. I tried 3 different readers, none worked. But, the return window was long shut.

Nichts erinnert wirklich an die Ursprünge aus Rock und Irish-Folk auf diesm Album von The Corrs.
Das Album ist sehr pop-lastig, was an sich nichts negatives ist, aber wenn man die Anfänge kennt... aber jeder Künstler entwickelt sich weiter und das ist auch gut so!
Viele ihrer Songs klingen recht melancholisch und nicht so fröhlich wie auf den Vorgängern. Stellenweise etwas rockiger, mehr Bass und Drums. Ich würde hier gerne 3,5 Sterne geben... aber das geht nicht!

Un disco dei Corrs dove prevalgono i ritmi sostenuti e l'elettronica. Per questo sicuramente desueto rispetto al resto della loro produzione artistica ma non per questo meno interessante. Nel complesso è abbastanza godibile e non annoia mai. Menzione particolare per l'ultimo pezzo in scaletta, l'unico strumentale che da solo vale il prezzo del cd, qui il violino di Sharon è davvero entusiasmante. Consegna rapidissima. Consigliato senz'altro.

This is a great album. The songs are bright, airy and uplifiting, with some soft, serene and emotional ones in there to give a good mix. It is an album full of catchy songs that you will definitely sing along to.

This albums is a little "harder" than the previous ones. I don't know if that is the right word, but it is different than the other ones. It's not "poppy" or "folky". Basically, to me, it is just an evolution or maturing if you will. It is the Corrs expressing themselves at this particular point in their lives. The subject matter, the music. It is where they happen to be. I like it. I do not like, however, the out of focus picture in the sleeve.

you always know what you're going to get with the Corrs: music you can tap your toes to, and a sound that is equally unmistakable and satisfying.
The downside, as many point out, is that all their music sounds the same. I disagree with that assertion; their music shares similarities to be certain, but the production is really the consistent thing here. A close listener will note the songs all have their own character and nuances, even if the production keeps the overall sounds

Im großen und ganzen eine schöne CD, die jedoch immer deutlicher zeigt, das immer mehr der traditionellen irischen Elemente verloren gehen. Es wird inzwischen eben mehr Wert darauf gelegt, die CDs an die breite Masse zu verkaufen.
Trotzdem bleibt das ein oder andere traditionellere Stück, wie zum Beispiel Silverstrand erhalten, so das man doch noch ein bisschen traditionelles von den irischen Geschwistern zu hören bekommt.

Once upon a time I was a big fan of the Corrs - I bought all their CDs, went to see them play live, and even bought copies of Hello! and Marie-Claire if they were featured in them. I was captivated by this album and it is chock full of ballads and beautiful songs.Listen to this, and you have a band that has sold out a long time ago. It is overproduced, full of the modern day effects (electronic drum fills, vocal telephone effects, etc.). This is great, More concentration on Andreas voice and less on the old traditional Irish stuff, ie bit less work here for Sharon, but still great none the less. I have listened to this time and time again and I love it. Just seems like the radio play-listers in the UK didn't really seem to agree with me. Hopefully they are making a new album. If it can top this it will be a beauty. Haven't seen them in the Jobcentre yet so keep your fingers crossed.

The Corrs' fourth studio album is a return to their more celtic and folky musical roots.
