Le produit est bon mais je dois le retourner car la couleur de lumière choisie n’est finalement pas celle des autres spots de ma terrasse.
Et c’est là que cela se corse: les retour sur site manomano ne sont pas simples du tout et payants. Au final un choix inadapté de ma part (mais je ne pouvais pas voir les kelvin des spots existants car pas indiqué sur les spots) me coûte très / trop cher. Je ne veux plus prendre ce risque de retour trop onéreux et ne commanderai plus de cette manière (ie

Hallo,
man muss wissen, was man kauft. Gegen die Edelstahlblende kann man qualitativ nichts sagen. Es muss einem halt klar sein, dass man das Leuchtmittel nicht tauschen kann. Ist das defekt, muss man den kompletten Artikel neu bestellen. Das ist mir leider erst aufgefallen als ich für viel Geld zwei defekte Leuchtmittel tauschen musste. Das ist aus meiner Sicht ein echt nicht zeitgemäßes Produktdesign und kann ich so nicht empfehlen.

What is Trustami
