These clarinet mouthpiece patches are great! They feel comfortable, stay on the mouthpiece, and ultimately help the clarinetists to grip onto their mouthpiece. I purchase these to give to my clarinet students in my clarinet studio. They are my go-to mouthpiece patches.

I bought this D'Addario Reserve Mouthpiece Patch to replace a Vandoren mouthpiece patch, which I felt was too thin. The D'Addario patch provides just the right amount of thickness in a cushion (for me). It was easy to put on, has stayed in place, and keeps my embouchure stable while playing. I would definitely recommend.

As someone who bites their clarinet, this has been something really helpful since I was using a school clarinet and my teeth was digging into the instrument hard and I didn't know what to do since I didn't wanna learn another way. A section mate had told me about this and I was interested and I searched on amazon and I loved it since I just placed it on their and replace it each month or so but you do have to clean around it because of all the build up from playing it but I still

I have played clarinet for 30 years without a pad on the mouthpiece. My daughter started using them and I thought I would try one too because the pack came with 5. I expected it to interfere with my playing, but it is not very noticeable that itbis even there. Despite that, it does make playing more comfortable. If you use a double-lip armature, then you obviously wouldnt need this.

I love these mouthpiece pads. I’ve always been a fan of them, but I love the thickness of these specifically.
The only downside is when you eventually replace them, it can leave a sticky residue. But it can be washed off if you scrub the mouthpiece down well enough.

These work like a charm and are great for those players who have a thin tip/ beak mouthpiece. Truly I would not use again if I had to since I enjoy the 0.3 mm ones which feel much more comfortable as a soprano sax player.

Got these for my daughter's alto sax mouthpiece to replace a failing/split cushion - fit well and she likes the way it feels on her teeth. The clear color lets it blend with the mouthpiece - hers is jet black but if you have a metal or detailed mouthpiece, this will hide very well once applied. The adhesive seems sufficiently aggressive but not something you couldn't get off/reposition if necessary. The pads themselves were nicely cut from the adhesive blank - clean and crisp.

My only complaint is about durability. It’s not long before my teeth break through the pad. On the positive side, the pad is easy to remove and turn around 180 degrees, to get double the use. The adhesive remains strong.

If you are going to be sticking something in your mouth repeatedly you might as well get something decent. These are high quality pads that save your mouth piece, and provide a nice interface for your teeth to remove vibrations. They cost a bit more, but they also last a long time. Are easy to clean, easy to apply, and easy to use.

I went with the .08 from .04 and love them. Helps to remind yourself not to chew off you mouthpiece. I’m trying to relax the top teeth pressure. These really help. I’ll probably go even thicker. Very tough long lasting material. Highly recommend. Hopefully this helps you. Thanks

As a saxophonist, the pack of five is a little unnecessary, but I used all of them and they haven’t fallen off once. I would say though you have to dry/clean the sides after playing. Very good product, very sticky, and very soft. 10/10 recommend.

Got this for my son who plays in High School band with an Alto sax. His comments are basically "5 stars, Love this, so much more comfortable than the ones I had, and would recommend it to my friends and teacher".
So there you go. If an HS kid is excited about these pads would recommend to his teacher, they have to be good right?

Zur eigentlichen Anwendung kann ich noch nicht viel sagen, habe eben erst die alte Bissplatte ersetzt die ich vor Jahren appliziert hatte. Weiss halt auch leider nicht mehr, welche Marke das war. Was mir missfallen hat war, dass die Teile zwar in einer stabilen Verpackung geliefert wurden, aber der Streifen mit Bissplatten offensichtlich nicht sorgfältig eingebracht wurde. Der Streifen war schräg gefaltet, so dass zwei der Platten einen Knick aufweisen, weshalb ich Zweifel habe, dass ich diese
