I bought this a few days ago on Amazon, and also had in my drawer a Rapesco Whale which didn't seem to be working properly. I contacted the company and was surprised (in a good way) to get a phone call from Anne, who was really helpful, and went way beyond the call of duty to make sure that I had a working item and was happy with the result.
