Das bestellte Model war das SVM-45. Dann habe ich gesehen das es einen Nachfolger gibt (KJ-45). Zum Stornieren war es da aber schon zu spät. Dann kam das Paket und zu meinem Erstaunen war da doch der Nachfolger eingepackt. Der erste Test gefiel mir mir sofort. Die Klinge wird sehr fest gehalten und ich, Anfänger, kam damit auch sofort zurecht. Danke an Dictum

Piccolo e utilissimo accessorio, finalmente i coltelli tagliano! Avevo già la mola, non tormek ma equivalente, ma affilare i coltelli a mano libera è sempre stato impegnativo e non perfetto. Con questo si va rapidissimi e precisi. Attenzione che non arriva il SVM 45 ma il KJ 45, che è lo stesso modello più moderno e ripensato, decisamente migliorato. Qualità costruttiva top, prezzo un po' alto, ma la qualità si paga. E si paga una volta sola! Consiglio di abbinare il misuratore di angoli VM

J'ai commandé et reçu cette machine, elle fait vraiment son job ! Points positives: - Suffisamment silencieuse - La qualité est là on le sent bien, même en forçant la meule ne s'arrête jamais, donc gros moteur - Les couteaux sortent comme des rasoirs Points négatifs: - Le prix bien sûr, plus de 600 euros pour aiguiser quelques couteaux dans l'année - Le prix de la meule de remplacement plus de 250 euros - Impossibilité de pouvoir rajouter le dispositif Tormek svm de 45 -

C'est bien trouver cet outil, pour tenir les couteaux, j'ai plus facile avec cette outil pour bien maintenir une bonne inclinaisons, comme moi avec une très mauvaise vue, difficile de voir l'inclinaison. pour un prix raisonnable je donne plus que 5 étoile.

Found this cheapest on amazon. Had been considering one for a while. Glad I bought it, you tubed it to make sure I wad doing it correctly, after shaving down the mrs's knives I got the hang of it, now I have razor sharp kitchen, allotment knives.

I bought the small knife holder and this and I'm happy with both. Sharpened all sizes and shapes of knives for the kitchen. Easy to use with some practice and sharp knives are nice to have!

I was not impressed. I bought the Tormek because I thought I would get a more quality product, but it appears I was wrong. The handle is extremely sloppy, and the overall craftsmanship just screams “mass produced stamped pot metal”. I cannot imagine the other no name brands being any worse. I can’t recommend this product.
