Zum ersten habe ich die rolle erst seit 2 Tagen, musste aber bereits feststellen, dass dieses Material sehr rutschig ist und eventuell auf einer gummierten Unterlage festen Halt findet. Gelingt auch nicht immer. Kommt auf den Gebrauch der Faszienrolle an. Bin ein wenig skeptisch, was die das Material anbelangt. Haltbarkeit? Schaut sehr filigran aus. Werde sie weiterhin verwenden. Das einzige was ich sagen kann, dass meine Beschwerden seitens der Achillessehne etwas nachgelassen haben, nachdem

Ich schließe mich den Worten meiner Vorrednerin ( Verena ) an und bin ebenso begeistert von der Rolle. In meinem Studio habe ich bereits diverse Rollen und Bälle getestet und diese bietet wirklich viele Vorteile. Massiert die Muskeln und stimuliert das Bindegewebe ohne schmerzhaft auf den Knochen zu drücken. LEIDER SEHE ICH HEUTE , dass die Rolle hier für 10 € weniger angeboten wird , hatte sie gestern erst bestellt .....das ist ÄRGERLICH !!!
