Id say for what you pay for it, it's loud and pretty nice to look at too. Top amp for someone who just wants to chill and pmay im sure theres more technically but im just happy to have an amp againThe box was a bit knackered on one side, which isnt an issue just mentioning it as the actual product wasnt damaged and it came the day after ordering it without prime so cant complain really.

First of all . Im not an expert on amps or guitar (I play banjo mostly which doesn't need an amp).Having said that this sounds great for the price . If you are a beginner I highly recommend . Great and I'll be playing a lot more guitar from now on !!!

SOUND is great and versatile, from super shimmer chorus clean to to death metal massive overdrive, and everywhere in between. Why this was sent with an American plug, I'll never know. 1 star because I now have to wait even longer and pay more money for an adapter. I'm sure it sounds great but products sold in the UK should really have UK power cables. Dumb.

I continue to have problems with this amp. After 5-10 minutes of playing I lose volume and effects. I have to shut it off and then put it on again to get another 5-10 minutes of play.

I was pretty excited to get this amp but, at least for my tastes, the overdrives and the crunch channel are waaaayyy too distorted. I’ve tried to adjust the settings, and I’m not very good at that, but I finally gave up. I compensated for this by keeping it on clean and using pedals. On top of this, it pops a lot when you turn it off and it picks up random static issues. To be fair, I can’t say for sure if it is the amp or something else. Put it in the closet and bought a Fender Super Champ X2.

Great sound, very loud on the high-end and all the features seem to work fine. I'm just learning guitar, so I'm not exactly sure what everything does. A friend recommended this amp and I'm glad he did. I couldn't be happier.

I’ve owned this amp for almost 5 years. It’s perfect for small indoor rooms and for practicing. It takes pedals well and the headphone jack is Perfect for late night practice work. The Reverb is fine enough but I’m not overjoyed with the effects even though they’ll serve in a pinch. The overdrive built in is okay but won’t replace a great OD pedal. I like the amp series so much that I bought both the 10 watt version and the 100 watt head when I had the opportunity to pick them up used. The

The case is as strong as it looks and the pots have a nice feel. the versatility or options for different sounds seems endless.Parents beware this thing gets loud.I love it and it paired nicely with my Ibanez GRG170DX.Gives a great old school metal sound I am told you only get with older valve amps.I like the old Marshall look of it also not that that makes any difference to the sound.I would say this is a good buy for

I have been using Fenders for years. This is my first Marshall amp and it is amazing. This is what I would consider a practice amp but it could most likely be fine in a small room venue. No more Fenders for me. These are way cleaner.

Exceptionally gokd amp. Always been a Marshall man, havi g previously had valvestate series amps of various sizes.Since coming back to playing picked up this little beauty. Amp sounds brilliant and i can't believe it's only 30w.When it comes time to upgrage I'll certainly be looking to the larger amps in this same range.Delivered very quickly and well packaged by vendor. Very happy.

Arrived with the bottom 2 prongs on the plug socket facing 30ish degrees upwards. It looked like it had come out of the factory like that (UK plugs are almost impossible to bend or displace, and these were firmly in place). Completely unusable, had to return it.

This was the perfect purchase for the home. I actually bought this to replace a larger amp that I had that was wearing out. For the price, this was a great buy and is just right for what I do playing in my spare time at home. I like the fact that it is simple in looks, but still has great sound and features. I was looking to get away from the digital features that was going bad in my previous amp, and this fits the bill.

I used to use a Fender Champion 300... i needed a replacement. Looked into this and did some research, and it is the best amp i have ever played. Its settings are extremely first class and the effects are solid. Pure, crisp and smooth tone. I use a Custom Strat with Dimarzio CrunchLab & LiquiFire Humbuckers. And a custom set pedalboard... all of these sound fantastic through this amp.. love it. Would recommend this to anyone wanting a Marshall amp...

Habe den Marshall als Mobile Musikanlage gekauft um vor allem draußen einfach und schnell beschallen zu können.Früher musste immer erst die Musikanlage auf und abgebaut werden, den Marshall kann man einfach tragen und fertig.Leider kann über den 3.5mm Klinkeneingang der Klang nicht geregelt werden, das muss dann von der Abspielquelle erledigt werden, dafür einen Stern abzug.Habe den Verstärker auch bereits mit 12V Batterie und KFZ-Wechselrichter betrieben, funktioniert ebenfalls Tadellos.

With as many as 8 different special effects to use, the combination of unique sounds from this MG30CFX amplifier is awesome. The headphone socket is 3.5mm so any pair of adaptorless phones will work well. I will recommend this amplifier to a beginner or more versatile artist.

My amplifier arrived days earlier than stated, which i was very pleased with. What can i say, compared to my old amp, the sound quality and effects are excellent. My hammer ons are crystal clear now. Well worth the money.

Great amp, for the reasons described by other reviewers. The 15W would probably have been fine for my purposes, but spending a few extra quid on the 30W means it looks like a proper amp - well, almost - rather than just a practice amp. The digital controls are quite complex, but you can just plug in, play and twiddle the knobs too. I did that for three days before even opening the instruction book. The delay effect is basic. As a delay fan, that might have been a reason to get the 50W, as that

I play a standard Stratorcaster, and had been using a Fender champion 20 amp for the past 10 years. I decided to try a Marshall and this amp gave my guitar a much warmer and less twangy sound than my old Fender amp. The effects are cool, and I find I use the clean and crunch settings more than the two overdrive settings. You can program these to sound however you like, but I use a pedalboard to control my sound.This is a great amp, plenty loud, and has a line-in jack so that you can play

Good quality amp nice sound from the speaker and nice balanced sound... I have a Crush series Orange and I find it too bass heavy in sound and the speaker often farts, this isn't a problem with the Marshall. I only use the clean channel, as I think the distortion and effects are not that great (if you're a beginner than you probably won't notice but I certainly do). Sorry put review of 15 watt one by mistake on another thread. I want to complain that this amp does not come with a foot switch, which is annoying. There is also nothing on here to buy or not that I know of. Why have switchable channels without a foot switch?

I ordered the gold version of this amp only to be sent this one without being asked before it was sent out. When I contacted fair deal music to ask if this was a mistake they told me they don't have the gold one anymore even thought they still had it advertised as in stock.As I said the amp is great looking and sounds amazing with a whole bunch of different effects but if you have any issues good luck with the customer service.

Ich spiele schon seit fast 25 Jahren Marshall (Röhren-)amps. Da ich einen günstigen Verstärker an einem Ort gesucht habe, wo ich mich eher selten aufhalte, habe ich mich blind für den MG30CFX entschieden. Aber um es kurz zu machen: er klingt überhaupt nicht nach Marshall, nicht ansatzweise. Eine Lärmmaschine ohne Bässe. Alles klingt wie durch einen Dynamik Kompressor gejagt. Brummen kann er aber mehr als jeder Röhrenverstärker.Selbst der Mini Marshall läßt den typischen Sound eines Marshall
