| Schlechte Verarbeitung | 2020-05-20
Leider sind die Lampen (Ich habe 3 Stück bestellt) sehr schlecht verarbeitet. Die Abdeckkappen oben und unten sind krumm und schief eingeklebt. Außerdem sind die Leuchtmittel nicht enthalten (entgegen der Beschreibung).
Fazit: billige Chinaware. Aber was will man auch für den Preis erwarten....

Since our (clumsy) builders broke the old porch lamp I had to replace it and this was the nearest design in appearance.
Fitting it did not prove to be as straightforward as it could have been because it was virtually impossible to squeeze the cable connectors into the mounting base and I ended up using the base of the old lamp with the lighting part of the new lamp; the interface tube and nut/washer were the same.
Another slight issue is that the screws for the 2 dome nuts to hold the base onto

Habe für weniger Geld schon besseres gefunden! Das Gewinde war nur sehr schwer aufzuschrauebn, und nur mit Kraftaufwand und mit viel Geduld wieder zu schließen. Habe daher kein Vertrauen zu diesem Teil - wenn es einmal an der Wand hängt, täglich Wind-und-Wetter ausgesetzt ist... wer weiß, ob und wie oft man das Gewinde benutzen kann. So ab-und-zu ist das sicher nötig, um das Leuchtmittel zu tauschen. Der Kunststoff im Gehäuse-inneren stinkt sehr stark nach Weichmacher. Okay, die Lampe soll außen

Habe die Lampe 02.2011 erworben und bin grundsätzlich positiv überrascht. Abgesehen von dem nicht ganz optimal gestalteten Gewinde mit welchem das Glas auf den Fassungsträger montiert wird (es waren einige Versuche nötig bis das Gewinde richtig anbeißt), ist die Lampe dem Preis entsprechend recht ordentlich verarbeitet und sieht sowohl von der Nähe als auch Entfernung recht ordentlich aus!
