星☆ゼロです。2020年4月に購入したのですが、使用期限が2017年3月のものが届きました。商品到着後すぐに使用しておらず本日使用したところ見た目から薬剤が劣化しており、お湯に溶けなかったのですが、まさか使用期限が過ぎたものだとは思わずそのまま使用してしまったところ、ケルヒャー本体の中に白いカピカピしたものがこびりついてしまいました。(懐中電灯で照らして確認しました)Amazonのカスタマーセンターに問い合わせたところ迅速に返金対応してくださいましたが、使用期限が3年も過ぎているものが販売される事がないよう再発防止の徹底、よろしくお願いします。

KARCHER(ケルヒャー) カルキ除去剤511 『スティックタイプ』 RM511 を購入したはずだが、スティックタイプでない『袋入り』のものが送られてきた。さらに袋には茶色く変色した汚れがついていた。箱にも擦れた後があり、だいぶ古いものなのかと思われる。 KARCHER(ケルヒャー) カルキ除去剤511 スティックタイプ RM511 私のスチームクリーナーの取説には、200ccにスティック半分を溶かして使用することと記載されているのだが、この『袋入り』は「カルキ除去剤２パックを２リットルのぬるま湯で溶かした液を・・・・(中略)・・・余った液は捨ててください。・・・※残ったカルキ除去剤は変質を防ぐためにお捨てください。」と書いており、これでは大部分が無駄になってしまう。だからこそ『スティックタイプ』をl購入したのだが。すぐに返品します。「この商品は、真木泉堂が販売し、Amazon.co.jp が発送します。」とあるので、『真木泉堂』のものは購入しない方がいい。
