I like the slimmer fit. All information is easy to read. Synced smoothly with my phone and health insurance provider.
Con: The charging cable is only 5 inches long and the charging part didn’t fit well to the watch. Had to order a different cord.

I am so upset I have not even had this watch a couple of months and it has broken. The strap came right out the watch fell off my wrist and I cannot get it put back together. The little metal pin is gone. I am very very upset. I needed this to monitor my heart rate.

Nach 3 Jahren erkannte die Uhr die Sportarten nicht mehr und jetzt hält der Akku nur einen Tag, enttäuscht über die schlechte Qualität, Design und Farbe gefallen mir aber sehr gut!

Had to have a cardiac stress test and the watch was exactly what their fancy machine said. I like the step counter my only complaint would be I wish the display was easier to see. Perfectly sized and not heavy on the wrist

My tracker lasted 4 years before it broke down. The electronics still work but the clasp that holds the band to it gave up. Will be buying another.

On my fourth one. I love this Fitbit so muh buuut they all died in one year. I am very active and wear it in the shower all the time. So just learn to buy a warranty.

Fit Bit hat nur 1 1/2 Jahre gehalten, dann defekt. Habe eine neue zugeschickt bekommen. Diese hat leider auch nur 2 Jahre gehalten.
Nun lässt sie sich nicht mehr aufladen. 😘

| Sleep stage data stopped working after 2 days!! | 21.11.2023
Sleep tracker stopped recording sleep stages after only 2 days of use. I no longer get REM and Deep sleep data which is the main reason I purchased. Now it only shows how long I slept and awakenings. Extremely disappointed!

I love my Fitbit more than a smart watch as it really does help me see how much my movement is improving or decreasing without all the extra bells and whistles. This is a good quality product, it’s easy to use comes in multiple colors and charging as fast.

As I have a high BP and heart problems got it to measure heart rate which isn’t accurate, I understand it’s only a guide , the rest seem ok steps etc .

This was my first fitbit and I had it for over 2 years before it died jist recently. Battery lasted for a full 5 days before needing a charge. My only complaint is you can't read it outside. Other than that it is a great device for the price.

Ordered a Fitbit Inspire HRfrom an Amazon third party seller. When it was received we were unable to receive texts on the tracker, a feature available on current HR.. We then called Fitbit customer service to find how to resolve the issue and was told by
the representative that what we received was out of warranty and defective. We then returned it and purchased a new one from Fitbit directly.

| Extremely inaccurate heart rate monitor | 01.09.2023
I was diagnosed with POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome) about a year ago and have been trying dozens of wearable devices to find one that has an accurate heart rate monitor. I had high hopes for this guy, but he failed me like all the rest... I compared it to my accurate pulse ox and Fitbit showed 108, while the pulse ox showed 143... 35 points off is quite the discrepancy.

Still working till this day I honestly don’t use it as much as I thought I would and now there is Apple Watches that make it obsolete however, for the function it serves it has worked very well. Literally have worn it for two years straight over 20,000 steps a day and it is working fine battery is still strong.

I love this fit fitbit so much! It's perfect size, it's comfortable enough I can sleep with it on, shower with it on, swim with it on, infact I haven't found anything I can't do with it on and it keeps track of everything I do.

I am far away os an high performance athlete. I don’t even like to exercise, but… it’s mandatory after some age, that is when my Fitbit comes to rescue me. It makes me aware of my progress and I can follow up with my targets very easy. It is thin and pretty stylish.

Had this watch for a year and then it stopped working. Got a replacement but this too has stopped working after less than 2 years.
Their app really pushes paying for their subscription after you pay for the watch. Other fitness watches do not do this.
Go with Garmin, or Apple.

Vraiment décevant qu'un tel produit ne fonctionne plus après si peu de temps. (écran tactile qui ne fonctionne plus donc montre inutile)
Pour le reste du temps elle a fait le boulot pour laquelle je l'avais prise: mesure du rythme cardiaque, tracking du sommeil.

Purchased July 2021. Product support ended July 8, 2023. And device stopped charging. Coincidence? Maybe. Last Fitbit I had lasted 5 yrs before back cracked and longer held band. This one just happened to quit a few days after support ended.

Great little fitness tracker, worked well for a couple of years but screen started to fail after about year 3. Strap wore out in similar time frame.
Would've hoped for slightly better longevity given the brand/price.

Während das Band noch regulär funktioniert hat war ich sehr zufrieden damit. Vor kurzem fing das Display jedoch an zu flackern und lies sich nicht mehr richtig ablesen. Man konnte auch nicht mehr aus dem Hauptscreen navigieren. Ich habe diverse Foren nach Lösungen durchforstet; nichts hat geholfen. Man trifft jedoch jede Menge andere Betroffene. Es kann einfach nicht sein, dass das Teil nach gut 3 Jahren schon kaputt geht.

i’ve had 2 fitbit watches - both products have charging issues given the terrible charging mechanisms they come with. the band hinges always break so you can’t really swap out the bands. the software /app is so outdated, it always has sync problems.
Apple and samsung are much better quality, i just don’t like how large those watches are

This is the second one I purchased and neither one lasted as long as they should have. They both failed for other reasons not related to battery life. They are way to expensive for this to be the case. Other family members have much cheaper units that have lasted much longer and are still working. For what you have to pay for it and the subscriptions to get all the features they offer is most definitely not worth it. Will no buy another.

Terrible charging mechanism, every time I try to charge I come back a few hours later and it's still at 10%. I would not recommend this particular model Fitbit due to that.
I've had a previous Fitbit which was absolutely fine charging and clicked into place so you knew it was charging

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER - NOT FITBIT AUTHORIZED
Bought this product directly from page. Links the fitbit store, seems legit. Apparently it is NOT.
The garbage brick I received would not update firmware and would not work without updating. After 2 hours with fitbit customer support and showing my receipt, I was told tough luck, as this is apparently not an authorized seller despite having official looking fitbit stuff all on the page.

The product arrived fully boxed and in apparent good condition but once fully charged the battery life appeared to be only 12 hours making it unusable. I called the helpline and was told no preplacement could be offered so I have returned it for a refund.
Disappointing but not Amazon's fault..........

| VERY LIMITED SETTINGS & TOO SMALL FONT | 14.05.2023
Even on the BRIGHTEST setting, you can not read the screen when outdoors. Plus, the font is TOO SMALL. The icons are large, but the data (heart rate, steps, ect...) are in a fine small print making it nearly impossible to read without magnifier glasses! The watch was accurate in counting steps and is a beautiful design. They need to modify the brightness settings and font size, then this will be a great Fitbit watch!

It's advertised as water resistant to 50M and can swim with it. I swam the once with the Fitbit and it has completely broke. False advertising and bad quality.

The charging cord is only 5 inches long and it is supposed to be a magnetic type connection. I have to leave mine connected for days and I have to rearrange it multiple times to make sure it is still connected. If I could afford something else I would get it in a heartbeat. This one is so not worth it.

I've bought this tracker twice and both times it broke in the exact same way.
The first broke within a year. The second one lasted one year and seven months.
The plastic part on the tracker where the wrist band connects is the part that breaks off.
For $100ish, I'd expect them to last at least 2 years? I don't think that's unreasonable.

I have owned this watch for nearly 2 years. I am very happy with the step count, sleep tracking and auto exercise recognition. I put the watch through the washing machine and tumble dryer it by accident yesterday! It was in my work trousers. It logged around 8000 steps and 90 minutes of intensive activity! I can't believe it is still working LOL

| Good Product But Didn’t Last Long | 09.01.2023
I bought the Inspire HR 2 1/2 years ago and it died on me this morning. I contacted Fitbit Support via chat and they helped me try to troubleshoot but it still wouldn’t come back on. I was already outside warranty (365 days per Fitbit Support, 2 years per Amazon) so I was hoping they could at least give me a discount to purchase a new device or something. They just said they will review my account and email me warranty options. I should have just bite the bullet and spent the money on an Apple

| A good reminder to move one’s body regularly | 12.11.2022
The basic unit is reliable one. Tracks heart rate, movement etc. But tends to over count the steps taken. Any movement of the hand is added to steps taken and pushing a shopping cart or cycling dosent seem to count. Note: I havent activated the GPS location part of the app. So I am guessing that is why the step counts are always off. I don’t however relish the idea of the unit knowing where I am all the time!! Hence the trade off.
