Hatte den Film für den Englischunterricht gekauft. Mir war nicht klar, dass es im 21. Jahrhundert Filme gibt, bei denen man keine Spracheinstellungen vornehmen kann. Jetzt habe ich einen Film NUR auf Deutsch. Er ist für mich sinnlos und die 10€ habe ich somit aus dem Fenster geschmissen. Sehr sehr schade und in der heutigen Zeit echt absolut unangebracht.

Il film (che avevo già visto al cinema) è bello e ben realizzato. Attenzione però: anche se il titolo ("IO, ROBOT") è in italiano, l'audio è disponibile solo in lingua inglese. Me ne sono accorto soltanto dopo l'acquisto, peccato.

Probably my 5th or more time watching this movie (my first time in the theater when it came out almost 20 years ago now). Nice balance between dialogue, narration, and action. Believable characters, including VIKI and her creepy bots. And although no sequel is forthcoming, every time, I've wondered whether Sonny is going to remain "good" or be loBOTomized (Get it? haha) and doomed to follow VIKI's logic.

almost zero complaints. I could say that because of the available technology at the time, the action and some cgi scenes are subpar, but great for when it came out.
i would like to say, the lead female protagonist acts reeeeaally bad in this movie. It's most notable when she tries to show emotion through facial expressions constantly, but she's actually a good actress so I don't know why her performance was the way it was here, but all in all the movie completely makes up for it.

Hatte erst heute Zeit den Film zu schauen. Sollte in deutscher Sprache sein, ist aber nur in englisch und ungarisch. Komme mir ziemlich verarscht vor. Normalerweise gibst dafür keine Sterne.

Rather a disappointing film that only tenuously relates to Asimov's robot stories; this is a special-effects laden, action sci-fi movie that is light on intelligence and definitely more of a popcorn crowd-pleaser.
Clearly intended to be viewed as a 3-D movie – with all the tropes and tricks that immediately seem contrived when viewed in 2-D – it's main purpose seemed to be to serve as another vehicle for actor/pugilist Will Smith to strut and preen in action-hero guise.

Dopo pochi minuti, ci siamo accorti che era fruibile solo in lingua originale inglese e non in Italiano.
Abbiamo provato a cambiare l'impostazione lingua, per poterlo ascoltare e capire, ma era fruibile in 6 lingue, ma non in quella Italiana. Abbiamo quindi abbandonato la visione, senza averlo visto, seppur avessimo già inutilmente pagato. Delusi ...
