This watch is set to become another urban legend amongst affordable quality timepieces. A large easy to see military style face covered by a thick domed crystal , the lume is bright and is still readable hours later. The strap is real leather and feels very comfortable on the wrist .

Précision et fiabilite de la montre remarquables , de même que sa qualité de fabrication ! J'ai l'impression que cette montre est partie pour des décennies de précision ...Reste malgré tout un boîtier très encombrant qui genera avec des vêtements d'hiver , à moins de la porter à l'extérieur du pull (bracelet long requis dans ce cas)

Diese Uhr zeigt sich völlig unbeeindruckt von den Einflüssen des Alltags. Ob Vibrationen bei der Ausübung meines Handwerks, oder sportliche Betätigung beim Krossfahren mit dem Fahrrad querfeldein, diese Uhr lässt sich nicht aus dem Tackt bringen. Der Tragekomfort ist ausgezeichnet und die Ablesbarkeit der Uhr, sowohl bei Tag, als auch bei Nacht ist überragend. Das leicht gewölbte Uhrglas (kein Saphir) trägt maßgeblich dazu bei. I was looking primarily for a legible watch and this Seiko fits the bill exactly.
The watch is quite a bit bigger than my previous watches but all the same sits nicely on my wrist.
I would suggest you check out a video review to see how shiny and classy the watch really is; the Amazon shots don't do it justice IMHO.
The case finishes, case colour and dial are all A1.
A very nice watch that has taken me a while to find - very pleased!

Das Zifferblatt ist natürlich Geschmacksache, aber nach meinem Empfinden sehr übersichtlich und die Zeiger sind dadurch gut zu erkennen. Zum Uhrwerk ist noch keine Beurteilung möglich, da ich noch keine Erfahrungen habe.Lediglich das Lederarmband ist zu bemängeln, da die Oberfläche wie Kunstleder aussieht. Außerdem ist es mit 20-21mm Breite im Verhältnis zum Durchmesser der Uhr relativ schmal. Ich habe es deswegen gegen ein 22mm Lederarmband ausgetauscht. Keine Sorge, dass geht.Optisch nun

Quite a chunky watch suitable for larger wrists. Watch case quite thick at 14mm depth. I like the appearance; wife doesn't. Comfortable and well made case. Strap initially stiff but eases after a week and well made so should last. Kinetic mechanism may be faulty as others have noted. Only advances to 5 - 10 secs on testing after using it daily for a week so will probably run down and stop if left unused for a few days. Hence the relatively modest cost of £80. Keeps excellent time but

Great purchase. There is quality written all over this watch. Band was a little bit stiff at first but has since loosen. No complaints so far. My favourite watch ever.
