Doobie Brothers are a fantastic band and have been so consistent over the years ever since the Seventies.Love all their albums cds dvds so no surprise that this is excellent to. Still doing their stuff - What a band - They have made my life more rewarding and enjoyable for knowing their music. Thank you Guys.

Really love this album. The band sounds like their old self but with new and fresh songs. I already have a few down as classics. Don't hesitate if you feel like some new old school Doobie songs. Hope they are thinking about a new release soon. It's what the world needs to make them smile.....

Several years ago I bought this CD, and it was great. Played it quite often. One of the CD stopped playing. So I ordered a new CD from Amazon. Upon arrival I tried to play both CD's. One wouldn't play. The same one that had stopped playing, from the older purchase. So I ordered another CD. And that same CD wouldn't play. I have since returned both CD's to Amazon. I am so very upset. I loved that Album. How can I get another one that has both CD's that work?

Is it me, or is there less good music being made in recent years? I find it more and more difficult to discover good new stuff. Often I shall delve into old bands that I've loved from the past, to find they have "developed" into technically correct, soulless pastiches of their former selves making instantly forgettable new music.Not so here! malgré les années et quelques rides en plus ,ce disque aurait pu sortir juste après "stampede" ou "what where once vices are no habits" sans que personne n'y trouve a redire...de plus ,pour ceux qui comprennent l'anglais ,il y a un très bon dvd qui accompagne le cd et qui permet aux membres du groupe de se raconter!donc pas d’hésitation pour ceux qui aiment le rock et folk californien ,ce disque est fait pour eux!

Oh yes, still very much Doobie groovy guys. Bought it for a long car journey and it came to the rescue. The 'World Gone Crazy' is a very true title of these days but these guys are still very sane delivering those the rolling, funky rhythms and tight harmonies. If you have ever liked the Doobies buy this one and you'll have a smile on your face.

I fell out of love with the DBs after Michael McDonald jumped on board and took them away on the Soul Train. This new album feels more like an old album as all the elements of what made the DBs so listenable back in the 70's are there but with a new century twist. I have been a fan of this band since the 70's but was not too keen in the later years but this new album "World gone crazy" takes me back to the great times of old. It really is great - you will not be disappointed especially if you liked "Captain and me" and "Toulouse St" to name just two of their greatest offerings. Enjoy!!

This is what the Doobies are about; great music, harmonies and songs. If you like the Doobies of old then you will love this.The BBC critic is obviously jealous (and annoyed that the Doobies dared to criticise 'critics') This poor deluded lad needs an education in good music and manners.
