Die Teile sind schlecht verarbeitet. Die Anleitung ist nicht nachvollziehbar. Die Folien lösen sich schon beim Aufbau ab. Ganz letztes Jahr Tränen unterm Weihnachtsbaum. Das Produkt ging wieder zurück

Keine Frage, das Puppenhaus ist toll. Aber es ist für die gebotene Qualität zu teuer:
1) Die Dekore der Böden, des Vorgartens und der Wände sind nur "Aufkleber", und diese sind sehr schlecht verarbeitet. Beim Vorgarten steht dies mehrere mm über, es ist nur eine Frage kurzer Zeit bis das abreißt/einreißt.
2) Die Lampen mit der Magnethalterung halten nicht, die Magnete sind viel zu schwach. Man muss nur an das Haus stoßen, da fallen diese schon herunter. ANs ich ist die Idee gut, aber

Purchased for 3yo’s Birthday, and, both they and their 4yo sibling LOVE it! It’s good quality (though one little ottoman broke day 1 before any play :/). I am also u der impressed with the lights. Such a cute and practical addition, but the magnets are not strong enough, which equals lots of frustration from kiddos, and, requested assistance from adults. We do love this dollhouse, but the lights fall off constantly with the slightest bump (which is not fun when you are playing). And the stairs should be attached, as they keep falling off as well. I would return it, but my daughter loves it...for sure needs to be better designed for play.

Very cheap material & takes HOURS to assemble | 02/05/2023
Many of the parts already had chipped wood or paint. This product came with zero instructions, I had to look them up online…and even then, there is no guideline son the order to put the parts together so I am spending HOURS Of screwing and unscrewing parts to make things fit.

This doll house came quickly and beautifully packaged and I also purchased seven other related items, including the African-American and Asian American families, the car for the garage and many many other accessories. I spent three hours one day, attempting to assemble and three hours again today and we are still not finished. Some of the parts were not labeled or lettered as pictured in the instruction booklet. My child loves it but... | 21/02/2023
The doll house is super cute and good sized but the first thing to get broken was the awning. Also the rails really should all be screwed down or at least glue them in place because they come off easily and tend to get lost in the toy box with all my kiddos other toys. Stairs also are a hassle as they are about the same as the rails.

Sehr schönes, stabiles Puppenhaus und robuste Figuren. Das Puppenhaus selbst ist auch farblich gut abgestimmt und nicht zu bunt. Sehr süß mit dem Licht und der Klingel, wobei das Licht bei Berührung abfällt. Die Magnete sind leider etwas zu schwach. Ansonsten bin ich sehr zufrieden und meine Tochter (3 J.) beschäftigt sich damit sehr gern und lange :)

Great dollhouse, broke in first 2 weeks! | 10/01/2023
Great dollhouse and the kids really love it. However, the garage door broke within the first 2 weeks of moderate use. Very disappointed as the resulting wood shard is quite sharp.

Ungenügende Qualität | 29/12/2022
Das Puppenhaus war zweimal an der gleichen Stelle am Rahmen komplett gerissen, da es aus sehr weichem Holz verarbeitet ist. Die Qualität ist im Verhältnis zum Preis somit nicht gegeben. Aus diesem Grund haben wir auch das Zweite Exemplar zurück geschickt und werden nun ein anderes Puppenhaus erwerben.

This item was very difficult to assemble properly, even for a licensed professional engineer (which I am). The included instructions were small, and of questionable help. It would have been nice if ALL of the major parts, probably 2 or 3 dozen total, had been labeled. Only about 6 pieces were identified. The remainder of the parts had to be closely examined for correct location within the overall structure. The overall quality and fit were mediocre, at best. One new "joist" pilot

| UPDATED REVIEW: Broken and frustrating but mostly nice | 19/12/2022
UPDATE: customer service was very helpful. They have said they will send us a new light kit and because they do not have a replacement hose, they gave us the option of a free car or set of furniture from Hape.
Original: It definitely takes time to assemble but very nice product when put together. After the hours put into setting up it was disappointing to figure out the top light didn’t work and that the head of the hose was missing.

Die Kinder lieben es! Siehe Foto, wird auch gerne bespielt. Lediglich die Lampen fallen ständig hinunter und der Magnet ist etwas schwach. Die Treppen haben wir auch fest geklebt, da die gerne raus fallen.

Die Lampen funktionieren nicht, die Wände sind teilweise schon beschädigt und die Farbe geht ab. Einige Schrauben drehen durch und gehen nicht fest zu ziehen. Also den Preis finde ich total überteuert und unverschämt.

Scrivo questa recensione dopo diversi mesi. Ancora adesso la casa è perfettamente integra, ha superato lo stress sottoposto dalla bambina. Le piace molto giocarci. Premetto che questa è la prima casetta di letto che abbiamo ma devo dire che è fatta molto bene, esteticamente è piacevole da vedere in una cameretta ed è bello giocarci. Se devo trovare una cosa negativa, le calamite dei lampadari sono molto deboli e quindi al minimo movimento cadono ma sono dettagli che non influenzano

I spent 2 hours trying to assemble only to realize the pieces did not accurately match up and there was no way to properly build the dollhouse. Very disappointed as the photos look like this would be such a wonderful gift.

Wir haben seit wir Kinder haben sehr viele Spielsachen von Hape und sind mit dieser Marke sehr zufrieden was Preis und Qualität angeht. Daher haben wir uns auch entschlossen das Puppenhaus zu kaufen. Im Angebot für knapp 130€.
Das Puppenhaus ist relativ schnell aufgebaut so ca. 1h muss man investieren. Wir haben es am Vorabend vom Geburtstag unserer Tochter aufgebaut und haben uns leider geärgert das wir es nicht früher gemacht haben.
Am Dach war etwas falsch vorgebohrt sodass man es nicht

An sich sind wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus. Es ist schön groß für eine 3 jährige und wir Eltern können auch gut mitspielen. Die Details sind sehr schön und die Räume gut erkennbar. Das Zubehör reicht auch vollkommen aus. Die Figuren haben uns allerdings überhaupt nicht gefallen, weshalb wir gleich von Anfang an neue dazu bestellt haben.
Außerdem fliegen die Lampen bei der kleinsten Bewegung von der Decke. Weshalb wir diese schon ausrangiert haben. Tolle idee, aber das muss stabiler

Got it for birthday gift and bundled it with the family car and pet set. Came with enough accessories for each room to start as well as lights that are battery operated for three floors. Granddaughter thrilled. Great for a playable doll house. Not a collector’s item. Made to use. Easy to assemble.

The box came destroyed. I peeked in and everything seemed in order. I bought this MONTHS in advance for my daughters birthday because I was having a baby and I didn’t want to worry about Christmas/birthdays. I SHOULD have put it together then, but I didn’t have the energy at 9 m pregnant. Fast forward to today.. one of the main pieces was broken in 3 places. It’s very poor quality & now it’s too late for me to return it… & we have no gift for my daughter’s birthday now!

Bellissima e fatta abbastanza bene, tranne che per le istruzioni che potrebbero spigare meglio, bisogna andare un po’ a intuito ma alla fine il risultato è ottimo, e per qualche foro non centrato benissimo. Per il resto nulla da dire e poi ho risparmiato più di 50€😃

Molto apprezzata da mio nipote, la casa si presenta ottimamente (piace anche agli adulti).Interamente in legno, stoffa e qualche componente plastico. Unico neo le istruzioni, essendo una fotocopia i pezzi sono contraddistinti da lettere che non si vedono poichè troppo scure. Per il resto perfetta.

| Only buy if you want to ruin your hardwood floor! | 01/01/2022
We have purchased just about every Hape toy out there and used to be a big fan until we purchased this doll house. The bottom of the fake lawn has two screws, which we didn’t know will completely scratch up our hardwood floor. We just moved into new house and refinished our hardwood, was so upsetting to see this damage. Why in the world would they allow this when clearly this dollhouse is meant to be placed on the floor and can get moved around during play?????

| Wood cracks easily in certain places | 30/12/2021
Upon putting it together we noticed the toilet was missing along with several dolls and light pieces, and the wood was cracked in 2 spots. We returned it and got another one, and this time it came with all the parts but the wood is cracked in one spot again… doll house is super cute and my kids love it, and the crack doesn’t affect the structure of it but it is frustrating for the price it is to have it cracked when my kids haven’t even played with it.

Fantastic house! My 4 year old BOY has played endlessly with it and it makes a fun thing for us to play together. It has 2 issues but you can solve them. The stairs and the lights are constantly falling down and that gets old fast. So what I did was hotglue the sides of the stairs and stick them to the walls. They seem to be staying in place very well with that solution. For the lights I bought some LED push lights (70x70x25mm) and put them in. They are very bright and work great! They

This is our first doll house and I compared options endlessly before deciding on the one. The garage, balconies, and front yard helped sway me. As per other reviews, the stairs didn’t stick so I just hot glued them, and I’m looking for a solution so the lights don’t get knocked down as much. Ich kann es kaum erwarten, die Kinderaugen an Heilig Abend leuchten zu sehen. Ein wirklich schönes Puppenhaus, alleine schon die Farben animieren zum Spielen. Einziges Manko: Made in China. Ich habe es entweder überlesen, oder bin dem Namen auf den Leim gegangen. Für den Preis hätte es eigentlich Made in Germany sein können. Naja, egal- Hauptsache die Kinder freuen sich!

Sehr tolles Puppenhaus, wir haben es schon aufgebaut, wird zu Weihnachten verschenkt. Es passte alles und fehlte nichts. Ein perfekter Mädchen Traum.
Die Lampen sind magnetisch und fallen schnell ab, wenn man dran kommt, aber dafür kann das Kind die Lampen auch selbständig abnehmen und zB vertauschen.
Das Haus ist praktisch, da es auch von den Seiten bespielt werden kann.Von oben kann es mit 1 Hand weggetragen werden. Die Treppen werden wir nachträglich aber noch ankleben,damit sie da bleiben wo

Buscaba una casa de madera para mis hijas de 3 y 5 años. Es la más completa. Me gusta que tenga escaleras y garaje y que sea abierta por los laterales para que puedan jugar mejor. Las piezas están muy bien para esta edad, ya que no son piezas muy pequeñas que puedan resultar peligrosas. Las luces me encantan aunque el imán es algo débil pero le puedes comprar imanes y asunto arreglado. Muy contenta.

Many of the parts already had chipped wood or paint. This product came with zero instructions, I had to look them up online…and even then, there is no guideline son the order to put the parts together so I am spending HOURS Of screwing and unscrewing parts to make things fit.

Das Puppenhaus war zweimal an der gleichen Stelle am Rahmen komplett gerissen, da es aus sehr weichem Holz verarbeitet ist. Die Qualität ist im Verhältnis zum Preis somit nicht gegeben. Aus diesem Grund haben wir auch das Zweite Exemplar zurück geschickt und werden nun ein anderes Puppenhaus erwerben.
