A causa di un piccolo incidente domestico chiamato "palla su plafoniera" sono stato costretto a cambiare una delle 4 plafoniere che adornano il salone. Avendo avuto cura di mettere la nuova sostituita in un punto poco visibile perchè diversa dalle altre tre pensavo di aver risolto il problema se pur dispiaciuto della cosa perchè questa differenza era visibile specialmente la sera. Pourtant bien emballé, le produit est livré incomplet. En effet, il manque des vis dans l’emballage. Il n’y a pas les vis de fixation murale. Sur la douille, il n’y avait qu’une vis sur 2. La qualité n’est clairement pas au rendez-vous.

J'ai eu un petit souci à la réception de la première lampe : verre cassé.
Sans aucun problème j'ai pu procéder à un échange et j'ai obtenu la deuxième lampe dans un délai très court!
Je l'utilise depuis maintenant 2 mois et je n'ai rien à redire, elle fait son job!

Ich nutze diese Lampe in Kombination mit meinen Philips Hue Birnen und bin begeistert. Durch die schöne Optik und dem milchigen Glas im inneren wird eine angenehme Atmosphäre geschaffen. Ganz klare Kaufempfehlung!

Ho comprato queste lampade per metterle in un corridoio e devo dire fanno proprio una bella figura. Purtroppo una mia è arrivata rotta ma il rivenditore è stato eccezionale in pochi giorni mi hanno fatto riavere la lampada senza nessun problema. Davvero soddisfatta dell'acquisto e piacevolmente impressionata dalla velocità e cortesia che mi hanno dimostrato.
