Gerät ist in sehr gutem Zustand und einwandfrei funktionsfähig. Lieferung war ausgesprochen schnell, die Ware gut verpackt. Ich habe gegenüber einem Neugeräte viel Geld gespart. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Leider gibt es dafür keine Unterstützung und kaum noch Ersatzteile. Ein vergleichbates Alternativprodukt habe ich bei Canon auch nicht finden können. Ansonsten arbeitet das Gerät zuverlässig und schnell.

Canon ordered was lost for a while even amazon didnot where it was ,amazon even refund me but it reappear again and amazon charge me again , abit more than it was started Then I have problem with support with canon aus ,they refused advice for any question and canon us not much better and all this time I mumbled through with function of the unit, unable to use the unit to full capacity and and I could not get any support from adobe with adobe software come with the unit either I supposed it

Zu einem Papierstau kommt es selten, und dann erlaubt es die Software, die bereits eingescannten Seiten digital zu kontrollieren, um dann den Scan fortzusetzen zu können, sodass man keine Seite verliert. Habe das Gerät jetzt seit 3 Jahren und viele tausende Seiten gescannt. Die Schnelligkeit ist mehr als OK. This small, portable scanner outperforms the massive industrial-sized copier/printer/scanner at work. Amazing. I have used it to scan tens of thousands of pages and very rarely has it jammed. In addition to the way the hardware performs, the software included with it really makes it a high-performance scanner. I love that it one-pass scans double-sided documents and skips blank pages. I love that it turns upside down scans, right-side up. I love that it does OCR, and does it well. Great machine.

...aber da gibt es günstigere Modelle. Bei sehr glatten Papieren (zB wie bei Zeitschriften) versagt gerne einmal der Einzelblatteinzug. Auch werden die Vorlagen häufig etwas schräg eingezogen, wenn sie nicht absolut perfekt beschnitten sind, und die Software kann das nicht richtig ausgleichen. Die Scanqualität an sich ist gut. Nur wie gesagt: Für die Leistung ist das Gerät mit rund 560 Euro einfach zu teuer (und auch etwas langsam). Ich habe es gegen einen Kodak i2400 getauscht (danke Amazon!)

SUMMARY: The best feature of this scanner is the combination of a feeder and the ability to place odd shapes, or thick items on the flatbed. By scanning everything: receipts, statements, product packaging (warranty info), documents etc., etc. I have eliminated 90% of the paper filing in our household, and can find most everything quickly. I was very motivated to receive and use for the first time my Canon scanner to reduce my big physical document clutter, but since I received it and struggle to set it up to try and make it work, it has not even given me the chance to scan one single document. I am trying to get support from somebody local at my town, contacted a support service, and they are supposed to come in and check it today. So let's see if it can be solved in any way... I HOPE!

Mit dem Kauf des DR-2020U habe ich eine gute Wahl getroffen. Ich hatte vorher einen gebrauchten Canon Dokumentenscanner und war mit dem Gerät nicht ganz zufrieden (oft Papierstau). Der DR-2020U ist da ganz anders. Bisher noch keinen einzigen Stau gehabt. Und die Möglichkeit, auch mal aus einem Buch mit dem Auflagescan was zu scannen, ist klasse. Ich bin zu 100% mit dem gerät zufrieden und kann es nur anempfehlen. Softwarepaket ist auch in Ordnung. Bin Privatmann, nutze das Gerät also nicht

This is a shame, because the scanner for the first 18 months did a really useful job: Easy to set up, quick operation & good quality output. I have a number of other canon products (cameras & printers) and would normally be a supporter of the brand. However canon's utter disinterest in even pointing me to an economic repair option (They suggested a £200 call-out and £100/hr engineer from some arms length partner

I had 18 of these to start and 2 years later I have 4 that still work. During warranty 5 were replaced with refurbs and 4 of those 5 broke again. They get an error that says they are "locked" and never recover. Junk junk junk.

Bought two of these scanners. They worked fine for the first few weeks, but now constantly say that the scanner is locked when it is not. Tried cleaning the screen, removing virus protection, and everything else, but nothing works for more than a scan or two. Canon support is awful. They keep shorter hours for scanner problems than other equipment, and email support clearly has given up on this product. Takes forever to warm up. Give your money to a company that cares for a product that

We purchased 4 Canon DR-2020Us for my office over the course of a one year period (from mid-2010 to mid-2011). At first, they worked flawlessly. But after a year of operation, 2 of our 4 scanners ceased to function properly. Then a third one failed after just 8 months of operation, and Canon sent a replacement. So now we have just one of our original Canon DR2020Us that is working as it should (after 9 months of operation) albeit with some auto-feed issues. While the auto-feed is also a problem

We invested in this for light office use because of the feeder tray and my previous positive Canon experience. It was used lightly for several months and performed fine. However, within a year, it errored, suggesting that we should "Release the lock switch. After releasing the lock switch, press the STOP button". Although this product is more expensive than many inexpensive scanners, it is worth the expense if you do a lot of scanning. It has many useful features. It was easy to install with the included driver CD. It is comparatively heavy compared to less expensive units. It also requires about 20 seconds of warm-up if it hasn't been used in recently. The scanner easily integrated with an electronic medical program software that I am using.

I purchased 3 of these units. They all have the same problems frequently. Unable to detect the paper in the sheet feeder, not found by the computer and does not respond to any button or software commands. Usually power cycling the scanner will resolve but the problems always return. I have not discovered a way of resolving the failures. The lack of reliable operation has caused all 3 units to be sent to the junk room and replaced by other more reliable brand.

i put "document" in quotes for this item, because i found it very odd that, upon complete set-up, there was no built-in feature on their software for OCR! we had an old scanner that had OCR built right into the main interface. this scanner, however, does not. it requires you to scan a tiff, then run it through the separate OCR software that comes with it. not a huge dealbreaker alone, but an additional step that costs time, especially when processing a mountain of documents. so,

What is Trustami
