| Doesn't seem to fit well, Not too impressed | 2020-02-25
I am a little disappointed. The tire rubbed bad on my 2WD Slash, had to trim the wheel wells a bit. Seems like it isn't lined up to the Slash even though it said it is.

Installed on my slash 2wd, front felt slightly smashed down and the back would rub against rear tires when reversed.Short course trucks are angled slightly forward, along with Ford 2wd trucks. Ford 4x4 trucks are level. To accomplish this I ordered Traxxas 1914R. The front post on a slash 2wd is removable so all I did is swap the front post and the truck looks great and no longer rubs. You probably could find just the post, but the 1914R is available on Amazon

The body style and paint color are great. I actually bought an OBA system to mount in it. It works very well also.
My one complaint is the factory decal application. The flat black decals on the fenders and box were poorly applied as well as the front grill. There was a tear on the fender splash decal that I trimmed out. I know the body gets abused and scuffed but for the cost I feel the quality should be better. Maybe they need better installers!
