Ho acquistato il frullatore ad immersione KitchenAid 5KHB2571EER completo di valigetta con accessori nel gennaio 2021. Due mesi dopo la scadenza della garanzia si è bruciato il corpo motore. Sono andata al negozio di assistenza KitchenAid, ma mi hanno detto che fanno assistenza solo per i grandi elettrodomestici KitcheAid e che dovevo telefonare al servizio clienti. Il servizio clienti mi ha detto che, essendo scaduta la garanzia, non fanno assistenza e che non potevo acquistare il corpo motore

| Nach nur wenigen Einsätzen ist der Aufsatz defekt! | 2023-01-04
Leider ist beim kurzen Rührstab Adapter das Plastik Gewinde defekt. Der Kauf war 12/2018 deswegen ist weder von Amazon noch von Kitchen Aid direkt eine Garantie Regelung mehr möglich, verständlich aber sehr ärgerlich, weil wir das Gerät nicht häufig im Einsatz (Privathaushalt) hatten. Wir dachten eigentlich dass wir bei der Marke Kitchen Aid ein qualitativ hochwertiges Produkt bekommen, was nicht so ist! Auch Ersatzteile zur Reparatur gibt es nicht, der Kundenservice von Kitchen Aid sagt darauf

Avis "long terme" : qualité et durabilité déplorable, manque de sérieux total du SAV
Puissance insuffisante, ne marche presque plus au bout d'un peu plus de 2 ans, alors que je ne l'ai utilisé que très rarement.
Le SAV reconnait un défaut majeur d'origine, mais refuse catégoriquement de m'apporter la moindre solution, (l'appareil étant hors garantie), et se borne à répéter inlassablement ce même argument.
Même la société de réparation que j'ai contacté m'a

Man denkt ok man gönnt sich was gutes , aber auf den klassischen handmixer ist eher Verlass ! Das tolle sind die Verlängerung stäbe um in hohen Töpfen zu mixen . Schneebesen fällt immer ab und gibt sein Geist auf z.b. beim mascarpone schlagen .
Überlegt es euch ob man den braucht . Zum verstauen sehr praktisch mit dem flachen Koffer

Der Stabmixer ist zwar nicht unbedingt der billigste, aber dafür ist das Set wirklich sehr hochwertig und durchdacht. Auch die Reinigung klappt sehr gut und die viele Aufsätze lösen einige größere Geräte in der Küche häufig ab. Dafür gebe ich gerne 5 Sterne.

Habe diesen Set bestellt gehabt, in der Hoffnung das es etwas taugt. Fehlanzeige!!! Innerhalb sehr kurzer Zeit ist der Schneebeseneinsatz kaputt gegangen. Die Einsteckschraube dreht sich gar nicht mehr. Echt Schade. Sie püriert auch sehr schlecht.
Im allgemeinen hätte ich mir das sparen können. Daher keine Kaufempfehlung von mir!

Clairement rien avoir avec une machine de cuisine KitchenAid. Le hachoir et bien moins efficace que celui du Braun que j’avais avant mais aussi que des produits beaucoup moins cher comme Krups.
