Hey gamers. My fellow “disposable income” guys, that don’t mind dropping $200+ etc for headphones and controllers. IM DONE. I’ve bought two headphones from turtle beach, BOTH breaking at the cup level without wild or harsh usage. Between elite controllers and these stupid things I’m looking at nearly NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS of hardware failures. Im f***ing finished. I’m furious.

The sound quality that you get from this specific headset is great. No complaints there. Optimal sound tuning voice control. Different settings. Beautifully made. Battery life could be better. Definitely would say if you have too much Bluetooth for your console, whichever one you have may cause an issue.

Quality sound, but Bluetooth has trouble staying connected and cuts out during gameplay and of course it’s always at crucial moments!! I’ve learned to unplug the base and plug it back in usually helps quick fix it in a hot spot but it’s damn annoying! Other than that it’s a great headset it’s very accurate sound I pin point enemy’s directions with ease, and the music and movie functions sound great when I immerse myself in deep base brings me directly into my music and movies and games!! I bought these 3 or so years ago, never used them because I couldn't get much to work and I moved and had no Internet. I go to get them working recently, won't pair. Ok do all the things online they tell me to do, still doesn't work. Get ahold of customer service, download an app to reboot the headphones, dont work. So they pretty much tell me anything after 2 years the refuse to work on or warranty. Do not waste your money, this company obviously does not back their product. $300

This is one of the worst “large” purchases I have ever made in electronics. The headset constantly has interference, cuts in and out in party and game chat, and is terribly glitchy. I have followed all the troubleshooting guides from updating the headset/base, to moving further from other electronics, to hard/soft resets of the headset itself. For what is billed as a high quality headset, you are better off with the default Microsoft xbox headset that comes with your purchase.

This product was advertised as new. When I opened the beaten up box I realized it was a used headset sold as new. I charged the headset fully and then set it up according to the directions. The headset never turned on when I took it off the charging dock. I’ve tried it several different times with same results... nothing!

Worst gaming headset I have ever owned they are far to heavy and make your ears sweat within minutes of using. Microphone is absolute garbage. Directional noise is terrible can hear where enemy foot steps are coming from. Have trouble connecting to xbox one. Just stay away from these things. Huge waste of money will never buy turtle beach again.

I have had these for a few years now. Of course after I bought them, they did away with the elite membership. Not a big deal. The sound in these have always been amazing. My biggest pet peeve is that the mic absolutely sucks. So a big purchase to play with the boys, have been used either when I play single player or for movies/spotify. I have been told I sound far away or in a tin can. So unless you are playing solo or listening to music, do not buy!

Worst headset I’ve ever owned. This thing is way over priced and feels like cheap junk very disappointed in turtle beach. The sound quality is terrible and the volume is not loud enough. Could never tell what direction I was being targeted from. Took awhile to setup and understand all the settings just to be disappointed when I finally had everything figured out. Ich würde ja gerne schreiben was mir gefallen hat. Aber leider ist das TB 800X Headset nach einer Woche ausgefallen. Seitdem lässt es sich nicht mehr einschalten.
Weder Power-Zyklus Reset noch das zurücksetzen im Bootloader Modus haben das Gerät wieder zum laufen gebracht. Bricht immer beim "Reseting Device" des Kopfhörers mit einem "Device Error" ab.

Then when you come to charge the headset it doesn't fit nearly into the docking station, yes the ad says they're magnetically held in but its a really really weak magnet (TB probably don't want it to affect the signal perhaps) and my headset needs constant adjustment to charge it so the

Wie schon von mehreren angesprochen Die knöpfe an den Seiten sind zu empfindlich sehr viele verbindungsabrüche ton und Mirco Quali lassen sehr zu wünschen übrig selbst für 100 Euro noch zu teuer ganz erlich das ist von turtle beach echt das schlechteste Headset was ich je hatte , da war das 400er noch mega gegen . Von mir daher nur 2 sterne

I use these headphones with my ps4 console. They sound brilliant and have lots of features and settings. You can adjust these directly with the buttons on the ear peices or from the app which also has more settings etc to mess around with.
The only negative I have is that on occasion the sound drops out if only for a second like it has lost connection with the base.
I think I will be going for a wired connection headset next time as it's a little annoying when it happens.

Very good build quality, feel very comfortable, the noise cancellation is excellent and the different settings available are great. The sound on ps4 is amazing and also really good using for music and video on phone, connected to firestick or TV. Great that can be connected to phone via Bluetooth as well as connected to ps4. Amazon “customer service” has been useless. We tried to use the warranty through Turtle Beach & they say it is invalid because we purchased the headset on Amazon. 1. They take a little work to set up but once you follow the instructions step by step they are great

I’m not a super heavy gamer and probably play 2-3 hours every 3 days or so but this headset absolutely bangs. Just make sure the receiver is well in view so you don’t get interference. Love the Bluetooth feature to take calls on your phone whilst gaming too! Works a charm

Paid $200, owned for less than 18 months, stopped working.
I've been back and forth with their customer service for over 2 weeks, it's a complete joke. I 8would have expected more from their top of the line headset. BUYER BEWARE.
Edit: After about two weeks, customer service agreed to replace my headset, no charge. The process was long, but it worked out.

I love these but I’ve had them for 4 years and the pads have taken some damage from the wear and tear which is not a problem you can replace those but the battery dies fast. Two years after having them so I constantly have to plug them in to recharge the battery

Sound quality is great plenty of pre sets but that’s where it ends the mic is to quiet when playing online I’m constantly told I sound like I’m talking along way away dispute any settings on the PlayStation being changed the app for the audio hub doesn’t work with iPhone so I’m unsure if there is any update for the software

Was ist Trustami
Trustami durchsucht regelmäßig das Internet nach neuen Bewertungen, um diese an einem Ort zu bündeln und so auf einen Blick für Interessenten bereit zu stellen.
Wir möchten es jedem Internetnutzer so einfach wie möglich machen sich über Produkte zu informieren. Anstatt sich nur auf eine Quelle zu verlassen, bieten wir eine zentrale Anlaufstelle, um mit wenig Aufwand sämtliche Bewertungen zu einem Produkt zu erhalten.
Trustami erhebt selbst keine Bewertungen und ist als unabhängige Instanz darum bemüht das Internet transparenter zu gestalten. Es werden automatisch gängige Internetplattformen und Webseiten durchsucht, um Bewertungen zu finden und Produkte zu identifizieren. Unser Anspruch ist hierbei eine hilfreiche Zusammenstellung an Produktinformationen anzubieten, auf die sich jeder verlassen kann. Die Zusammenführung von Produktinformationen erfolgt bestmöglich und kann verschiedene Produktvarianten umfassen.
Trustami ist als Projekt aus der Technischen Universtität Berlin (TUB) entstanden mit dem Ziel das Internet vertrauenswürdiger zu machen. Forschungsarbeiten im Bereich „Social Media Analytics & Big Data“ am Lehrstuhl für Informations- und Kommunikationsmanagement (IKM) lieferten einen ersten Prototyp, der die Erhebung und Sammlung von Reputationsinformationen ermöglichte. Dieser wurde anschließend im Rahmen eines geförderten Stipendiums weiterentwickelt und ist heute ein eigenständiges Spin-Off.
