Good pair of earbuds. Extremely long battery life. Once worked a 14 hour shift with them in my ears almost the entire time and they were fine. Would definitely recommend. Sound quality is pretty good for the price and they fit in your ear to stay. I had some connection issues but I'm not sure if that was my phone or the earbuds. They aren't waterproof or resistant so keep that in mind. Ended up falling out while doing dishes. Pulled them out immediately after and they were still

These arrived promptly as promised, nothing missing. I much prefer buds that fit inside the ear with no part “hanging” down outside the ear. Customizing the fit with the components supplied, these fit very well - very little chance of them falling out. The sound quality is the best I’ve experienced with buds to date. Online app(s) allow customization for individual users for their specific preferences. All in all I consider these an excellent value for the cost.

I got these for Christmas and wasn't too excited at first. I went from a musician that jammed to music 24-7 to a person that generally listens to podcasts the majority of the time. Buying these brought back my love of music. Listening to Lizzy McAlpine on these is a religious experience. I'm floored these riny earbuds pack so much punch. Super easy to set up and to pair with my phone. I used to the smart audio to pick a custom mix and I was amazed by how incredible the sound quality was.

This is not an authorized dealer so if there is an issue the Sony warranty doesn’t apply. Item listed under 3 months and one earbud just stopped functioning. Called manufacturer to find out the news. Last time I am buying Sony items.

I purchased these headphones to replace an identical set that I had been using for several years. Why...you ask? Because I didn't follow the manufacturer's advice and left them in a pair of jeans that went through a washing machine cycle AND a dryer cycle before they were discovered by my wife banging around in the dryer. They were still in their charging case and believe it or not, they still worked perfectly when I turned them on. The only reason I had to order a new set was that

Don't buy this if you plan to use it for calls. Terrible noise reduction. It cancels your own voice. You have to shout make it not crop out your voice. Other than that it's great. Not worth more than $40 of you buy it for music.

Don't buy. The right earbud stopped working after 6 months as many have already attested to. I called up Sony's warranty and they said they do not recognize an Amazon sale as covered by the warranty.

I've used these for well over a year, as a sort of spare pair as I got them as a gift, and I already had another pair. Being a spare, I tried them in the shower, and they have kept working. Probably at least 30 times I've used in the shower. I avoid the water as much as possible, but the whole earbud does get the brunt of the spray at times. I let them dry out afterwards, but they just keep working.

I bought these over a year ago, I've dropped them multiple times, my dog has chewed on the case multiple times, and I worked out in them a lot. They still sound really good and I've worn them for several hours without needing to charge them. I don't regret buying them and would probably buy them again.

I bought these because I broke my other Sony earbuds by dropping them excessively. This pair is very similar in looks and function to the other model. Except one downside is that it doesn’t have the whole surroundings effect where you can listen to your music and still be aware of what’s going on around you, it strictly only has noise cancellation mode. Other than that, the sound quality is good.

When I bought mine they were on sale foe 50 dollars and I thought that's a great deals. For a month I tried every preset equalizer setting and tried making a custom equalizer setting nothing worked till today. I clicked on find my equalizer in the app and went through a 2 step process to find the sound I wanted and now I have earbuds that have a full sound stage with punchy bass. The controls input are way less comfortable than galaxy input.
Laptop doesn't connect to them, tried everything but never worked. Only works with my phone.
I used them only at home and they never fall or had water on them.
The left earbuds stopped working after 6 months in.
The only real solution proposed was to bring them to a sony repair shop, which is a 3 hours travel from my place... a cost higher than the sony earbuds.

Ich war sehr optimistisch bezüglich dieser Kopfhörer. Der Sound ist für die Preisklasse wirklich in Ordnung, allerdings habe ich ein großes Problem mit den Druckknöpfen und dass man diese nicht ausstellen kann. So ist es praktisch unmöglich, sich in einem Flugzeug oder der Bahn anzulehnen, da diese mittig positioniert sind. Wenn einen dies nicht stört dann sind sie gut. Für mich war es frustrierend, von daher gingen sie zurück.

Also bis jetzt sind die Kopfhörer für mich gut. Der klang gefällt mir, man kann mich bei Telefonaten gut verstehen, leider auch die Hintergrundgeräusche sehr gut hören. Die Bluetooth Verbindung, mit denen meine alten Kopfhörer echt Probleme hatten, ist stabil und geht auch über mehrere Räume.

As sony is a reputable brand I expended more than just cheap flimsy plastic, on the case and the earbuds themselves. Additionally, the audio was not clear and had very low bass even after I tried to \"tune\" it with the app. Sony is slacking.
