Unfortunately my item came with a factory error in the face of the figure and the box received minor scratches during shipping handling. However, the seller was great. and answered me right away. They also provided assistance as needed and worked with me to get a replacement.Even though, I am very picky collector they were very understanding of my concerns and even provided pictures of the replacement item before shipping.Overall, my experience with the seller and the replacement product is a

Opened an undamaged packing box to a horribly damaged factory Funko box. I collect Funko's to keep in box and to purchase a new Funko and receiving it in less than fair shape is aggravating. Highly recommend not buying pops from seller.

So I just received this pop a couple days ago and I’m finally able to inspect it to make sure it’s real. 1st thing I did was searched the serial number on the bottom of the box. The number goes to a minion Funko pop. So then I opened the box to check the number on the bottom of his foot. The number on his foot does NOT match the box. And in fact, the 2nd number goes to a ant man pop. 3rd thing wrong is the colors. They do not match at all. 4th thing wrong. The clear plastic that goes around the

The colors and design of the figure are great, but the head leans to the side because something is wrong with the spring. Also, there are flecks of white and blue gunk on the paintwork. The box was in perfect condition, so quality control seems at fault.
