In unserem Unternehmen benutzen wir diese Geräte seit gefühlten Ewigkeiten. Die Einrichtung kann man nicht als unkompliziert bezeichnen, aber mit ein bisschen technischem Sachverstand ging es recht schnell.Das Gerät funktioniert einwandfrei und ist in der Bedienung selbsterklärend.

| Konfiguration nicht möglich | 23/11/2017
Als ich gelesen habe, dass die Vorrezensenten Probleme mit der Konfiguration hatten, habe ich mich noch in Sicherheit gewogen, habe ich doch einen wirklichen IT Spezialisten im Team. Weder er noch unser VoIP waren in der Lage, das Gerät zum Laufen zu bringen. Eine weitere Bewertung erübrigt sich damit.

Firstly I had to buy a separate power lead and then found out that this phone was incompatible with the telephone system in my building. I am sure it is a great phone for some but was not suitable for my purposes. It has been returned.

If you want a fully featured small IP Conference phone, this Polycom conference phone has medium sound level on full volume(not loud) it has excellent Voice pickup on the Mic's and would be suitable for any small to medium conference rooms or conference tables in offices. It's cable connection underneath is tight and makes using a moulded end Cat cable hard. I am overall very pleased with this product.

Das Gerät selbst funktioniert. Sprachqualität ist OK.Die Konfiguration über die Weboberfläche ist etwas hakelig, aber man bekommt es zum Laufen.Es riecht extrem nach Plastik und muss erstmal ein paar Tage auslüften.Gesamteindruck ist nicht gerade berauschend.Wer kann und möchte, sollte lieber etwas mehr Geld investieren und zum Beispiel ein Konftel kaufen.

Haven't tried the phone yet - but have now been set back a couple more days as it comes with no power supply and no explanation as to how to connect it to power. I had to figure this out by calling one of our other offices who uses the phone. It's completely unexpected to find that with a product that is sold internationally and really confusing when you open the box and then have to figure out that there is nothing provided in the box to connect the phone to power.

Good phone once configured - had a few difficulties trying to provision it but overcame that soon enough,,,,,,works well much better call quality than a standard phone.

Trotz IT-Studiums ist es mir nicht gelungen, die Soundstation in Betrieb zu nehmen. Es gibt weder in der Verpackung noch im Internet (Schon gar nicht auf der Webseite von Polycom?!?!) brauchbare Informationen zur Konfiguration. Nach 2 Tagen zeitfressender Arbeit das Gerät eingepackt und zurückgesandt!

| Leise, fummelig, nicht ausgereifte Software | 23/04/2014
Mein Einsatzziel: Ein Konferenztelefon für einen neuen kleinen Meetingraum und das Ganze an eine Auerswald Commander per VoIP anbinden.Zum Produktumfang: Polycom liefert zu wenig Infos mit. Ohne heftige Suchmaschinenrecherche ist das Gerät nicht in Betrieb zu nehmen. Zum Beispiel das default Password sollte schon im Karton mitgeliefert werden. (Damit sich andere Käufer keinen Wolf suchen: Login Polycom, Password 456 - unbedingt sofort ändern!).Zur Einrichtung:- Der Wählplan war bei meinem Gerät
