I really wanted to love it, and at 1st I did till I payed closer attention. Now....No thanks! I put some in water and let it settle after mixing and poured it out on a woven cotton pad. In the glass I could see a black line above the majority red clay. Poured it out and indeed it was black. To my understanding this is lead. If the lead isn't in a pencil, I don't care to use it. I cam not recommend this product.

Mix with a little water and a few drops of rosewater for a mask or you can also make a slurry for daily cleansing. Absolutely love this product highly recommend.

The directions are easy to follow and makes enough for one mask. This red clay mask is much more gentle then the green clay, but still cleans deep. No artificial ingredients or fragrance. My face does not like artificial ingredients so this mask is a lifesaver when there are so many countless masks claiming to do the job and ultimately make me break out afterwards. I use a ceramic cup and a plastic utensil to mix, and a foundation brush to apply the mask. Ive had funky results with other clays

The product tightens my skin and I can feel the tingly feeling while it's drying but it takes some effort to remove the product, taking a shower is much easier to remove the product.

This clay irritated my face, as many have already said. Then, when i used it in the bath, i noticed particles at the bottom of the tub that didn't dissolve. It looked like metal. I decided to buy a different brand. When this new brand (cosmic element) arrived, i noticed it left similar gray-ish particles behind. I decided to use a magnet to see if it was metal, but nothing from cosmic element brand stuck to the magnet. i tried the magnet on the Now Solutions brand, and the clay stuck to

Nowhere does this say Moroccan red clay, now maybe there is such a thing but this does not advertise as that. This is the same type and brand sold at Vitamin Shoppe though I trust them more because Amazon doesn’t have the best quality control when it comes to the vendors they allow to sell on their platform and fake products DO exist. This is not the same red clay I’ve used religiously for over a decade! It clumps up into hard pieces when mixed with water. In the past it mixed perfectly smooth everytime. Do not order from this company again they are clearly missing it with some cheap fillers.

I’ve gotten this face mask many times it is my favorite. One thing you need to take notice too is the mixture. You need to get it just right each time otherwise your face could be ending up to dry. Remember to moisturize after!!

La utilizo una vez x semana en la zona T.
Tengo que utilizar muy poco y viene mucha cantidad.
Tengo que controlar el tiempo de aplicación porque es bastante fuerte y en mi piel es un poco abrasiva.
Además si se seca demasiado cuesta bastante retirarla y me deja la toalla y el baño completamente naranja. Me deja el poro bastante limpio.

the label on the container here says "Moroccan" red clay. The container I received says "Mediterranean" red clay. When I looked at the back of my container, it clearly states that it's from ITALY (not Morocco). This is NOT Moroccan rhassoul, this is a different type of clay altogether. But I DO like it. It's creamy, easy to apply, and cleans my skin thoroughly without drying me out. I just wish the company would either call it Mediterranean, or simply SEND MOROCCAN

Minimal benefit; better if mixed with bentonite clay | 2021-06-25
Alone, this product is too gentle for my sensitive, pale skin. It did leave my face feeling clean and soft, but it wasn't effective at clearing clogged pores, calming red blemishes or addressing mild flakiness. Lots of products clean and temporarily soften skin without the hassle factor of a mask made from this product.
After mixing this red clay with an equal amount of water and applying to my face and neck as directed, I let it dry down about 95% before removing most of the mask with a

This left my skin feeling soft after I washed it off. I still moisturized afterward, but, unlike my experience with other clays, I didn't feel like I desperately needed it. No dry flaky skin - yay! I also think the pores/blackheads on my nose looked a little less noticeable after using this. For a light exfoliation once a week, I would definitely buy again.

I bought this a while ago from a health food store, and I had to have it again.
It's definitely effective. Leaves your skin feeling silky smooth, and definitely minimizes the appearance of blemish or pores.
Warning: be careful with your clothes or any porous surfaces. It does have a natural pablo-esque hue to it and may possibly stain if left uncleaned.

This is a cool product. It is clay, so you feel like you're putting mud on, which makes it feel natural! ... Since it is clay, it can be thicker or thinner, based on the amount of water you mix in with it. Also, it smells like dirt, but I put in a few drops of essential oil and it made it so relaxing!
I use this every so often with my weekly masks. It's a great amount of powder too, so it will last a long time.

I purchased this product because it’s for sensitive skin. I applied this around my chin area and along side of my nose. I left it on for 5 minutes and when I washed it off the area was beet red and burning. It was several hours later for the redness to go away but the burning has not. It took me quite awhile to locate a contact information for Now products and I finally sent them an email about this. I haven’t heard back from them.
