These bulbs are actually really good.
Nice and bright when they need to be and quick to respond to the app through Bluetooth.
The colours are great too.
However, connecting them to a Thread Border Router ONLY works if it is a HomeKit TBR (mine is Aeotec).
I am returning these for that reason only and getting the Matter/Thread ones.

Nach meiner anfänglichen Begeisterung hat sich diese nach wenigen Monaten schnell gelegt. Die Lampen reagieren kaum noch auf Steuerungseingaben, verlieren den Kontakt zum Thread-Netzwerk (bei 1m Entfernung zum Router), tun zeitweise, was sie wollen (Licht an, Licht aus, Farben wechseln unmotiviert).
In meinen Augen ein schlechtes Produkt, für die gebotene Haltbarkeit und Leistung vollkommen überteuert. Das kann No-Name Chinakrempel genauso gut und erheblich billiger.

Nanoleaf provides no clear instructions, the devices need constantly to be factory reset and if you do eventually get them set up in the Nanoleaf app they will NOT work with HomeKit or
Thread. Support is effectively non-existent: they simply tell you to delete your home in Apple home (so you lose your entire setup), but don't tell you that also destroys your rooms in their own app, which also doesn't allow you to move devices from room to room. Result: Factory reset everything, and spend

Wie gesagt. Die Aktivierung kann auch mal 2-3 Sekunden dauern - aber das Licht ist sehr schön. Am unteren Ende des Helligkeitsspekrums wäre noch etwas Spielraum für bessere Einstellungen. Da wird es recht schnell sehr hell. Ansonsten aber ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Being an RGBW lightstrip, it really isn't all that bright. It also has more limited color ranges than their standard light bulb. The LEDs are spaced quite far apart on this strip. If you don't use these behind a diffuser strip, it will be distracting. I had a hard time trying to get a decent "white" light from these, and it was never bright enough. If using multiple shorter runs, you end up with leftover strip and no controller. Nanoleaf won't sell the controller

I will say that the lights that are working I love. The issue is that I have a problem with one of my Essentials light strips and getting their Customer Experience people to replace the light strip has been a long frustrating process. It started on Jan 1st when one of my light strips suddenly turned bright white and I couldn't get it to change. I contacted Naonoleaf and started a case with them and repeatedly went through multiple steps of troubleshooting. None of it working, and in fact now

These are some very cool lights. I’ve never seen lights with so many colors and options but these can do it all. The app has TONS of features and colors to use it’s crazy. These a durable and very well made. Maybe a little pricey but it’s worth it if you want quality lights with options.

Purchased originally a few years ago now. Some small quirks would be the overall width of the strip. Especially on the rear of my run of the mill Amazon desk, the width slightly seeps over the edge of desk displaying heinous “hot spots” of where the LED’s are. I understand they cannot make the product to fit every desk however I believe this should be taken into account since everyone isn’t throwing a massive amount of money into large desks.
The adhesive of the strips are also terrible. Lasted

Got as a Christmas present for mum. Starting to get her into the world of smart home. Did the HomePod earlier and now introduced this. It has gone down a storm and loving being able to change the colour of lamps in the living room via Siri and set automations and scenes.
Have started to explore the Nanoleaf app which has great features as well. Maybe even looking at adding more Nanoleaf with the panels! What have I created!

Leuchtmittel neu gestartet und erneut ins Smarthome integriert. Danach klappte es besser. Sprachsteuerung über Sprachassistent jedoch immer noch etwas holperig.

- They are bright. They also have a wide dynamic range and can still be "on" while being very dim.
- Color reproduction is spot on.

- Easy enough to setup, but I struggled to maintain a wifi connection. They constantly defaulted back to Bluetooth control This prevented my google home/assistant from controlling them.
Cons:
- Occasionally a random bulb would flicker. I don't know if it didn't like the color or the selected intensity, but every so often one or two

A nice bulb which can easily light up a room, the Nanoleaf app is not the best however - you can easily use it with Apple Home without any additional hubs etc. Therefore you can easily control the lights with Siri or from your Apple devices control centre in seconds. I’m contemplating replacing all of my bulbs with these as they are so user friendly, programmable (you can use them to simulate the sunrise to wake up with) with plenty of colours to choose from!

App disconnects after a day, and you HAVE to have Apple Home on you iphone to set up.
Even when the app was connected and working, it was a horrible user experience compared to the Govee smart bulbs I already have.

Love the idea but who releases a bulb with poor integration with Google Home. Paired with the nanoleaf app but "works with Google" kept saying no devices found in the nanoleaf sync. Seems to be a common problem with the basic support articles providing no help. Oh it did upgrade to Thread but google couldn't scan the smart barcode.

Every once in a while the light disconnects from WiFi and becomes unreachable both in Nanoleaf app and Apple Home. Unplugging/plugging it back in resolves the issue, so does tapping on the button attached to the string.
I like those different modes of lights but the unstable auto is really annoying.

Once they're connected to your network and updated they're fantastic. Snappy, reliable, colorful. But my gosh are they finicky to initially configure with your thread network and update. The updating process has gotten better than earlier versions, but the initial connection is just frustrating. Still the best bang for the buck in the game though, and one of the few devices in the light strip market that support Thread. I recommend them, but be prepared for a frustrating first setup

My daughter loves the Nanoleaf tiles and seems to have an ever-growing wall display that is actually quite impressive. So when I saw this set of stringlights, I knew they'd be a welcome addition to her collection.
Of course these lights are billed as "holiday" lights and most people will likely use them to decorate a tree or garland - and for that purpose, they are perfectly suited - though you will likely need multiple strands if you have anything other than a smallish tree. For

This is one heck of a string of lights! Easy to set up on my tree or above my cabinets with my holiday decor, I just had to make sure the connector part at the end was easily accessible in case the Nanoleaf app decided to malfunction, which it’s done a few times. When the app is working though, you can make these lights do all kinds of things, from fading to going with the beat of music plus timers and shutting off or on! This light strip it very bright due to its large number of white led's. The color is very good but not as bright. The dimming is accurate. It is connecting quickly with my SmartThings hub. But is finnicky to connect it to the Nanoleaf app once it is connected with SmartThings and the opposite as well.
The app isn't intuitive. You can download lots of patterns but the quantity per light is limited.
I like the 4 buttons on the controller for on/off, color and ± brightness. But I wish it

Darüber hinaus versuche ich etwas Umweltbewusster zu sein als in den letzten Jahren.
Wir haben die Nanoleaf Strip für unseren Apple Home Haushalt und das neue Jugendzimmer von meinem Sohn gekauft. Die Installation verlief mehr als einfach da das Doppelseitige Klebeband bereits sauber auf dem Stripe befestigt ist. Ebenso die Integration in der App und Apple Home ging binnen Minuten.

These lights are amazing! I read other reviews that spoke about the plug being in the middle of the strand and this is true, but I was still able to wrap them on the Christmas tree with ease. Connection to the app was simple and paring was quick. There are so many color options. You can select from already created patterns on the web or create your own. I highly recommend these. My kids enjoyed them so much!

I use Philips Hue lights but they are now very expensive, so I bought this for a new lamp. Got the app and connected it OK, but I hadn't read the small print that said it doesn't work with Alexa. 🤦♀️ My fault, so I'm still giving it a good rating as it works fine with the app and it's a good price.
Surprised it doesn't work with all assistants though.

Ideally, these lights should go on a tree. However, my tree was already decorated, so my pictures are of the lights on my counter, using a Christmas scene. They are bright, they stay connected, and they look nice.
They are controlled by the Nanoleaf app on your phone, which is intuitive. Also, the latest firmware update allows the Nanoleaf

It's a very long string light split into halves where the on/off controller is. There is also a ferrite bead in the way because I guess they couldn't come up with a good electronic design to prevent EMI. The big controller block sits halfway on my tree tucked inside behind the back so it's hidden. The wires are black which blends in with my half snowed tree. Was ist Trustami
Trustami durchsucht regelmäßig das Internet nach neuen Bewertungen, um diese an einem Ort zu bündeln und so auf einen Blick für Interessenten bereit zu stellen.
Wir möchten es jedem Internetnutzer so einfach wie möglich machen sich über Produkte zu informieren. Anstatt sich nur auf eine Quelle zu verlassen, bieten wir eine zentrale Anlaufstelle, um mit wenig Aufwand sämtliche Bewertungen zu einem Produkt zu erhalten.
Trustami erhebt selbst keine Bewertungen und ist als unabhängige Instanz darum bemüht das Internet transparenter zu gestalten. Es werden automatisch gängige Internetplattformen und Webseiten durchsucht, um Bewertungen zu finden und Produkte zu identifizieren. Unser Anspruch ist hierbei eine hilfreiche Zusammenstellung an Produktinformationen anzubieten, auf die sich jeder verlassen kann. Die Zusammenführung von Produktinformationen erfolgt bestmöglich und kann verschiedene Produktvarianten umfassen.
Trustami ist als Projekt aus der Technischen Universtität Berlin (TUB) entstanden mit dem Ziel das Internet vertrauenswürdiger zu machen. Forschungsarbeiten im Bereich „Social Media Analytics & Big Data“ am Lehrstuhl für Informations- und Kommunikationsmanagement (IKM) lieferten einen ersten Prototyp, der die Erhebung und Sammlung von Reputationsinformationen ermöglichte. Dieser wurde anschließend im Rahmen eines geförderten Stipendiums weiterentwickelt und ist heute ein eigenständiges Spin-Off.
