I purchased this phone for my mom. She is not at all happy with the phone. Phone is heating up and call quality is very bad. My return window also closed. I have to throw the phone.

This was very clearly advertised as an unlocked phone. It was locked to the Verizon network and additionally it was previously used as a corporate phone and some of the features were locked. In order to change these features it was indicated I needed to contact the “IT admin” to change them. I spent hours trying to set it up befitting realizing it was clearly not going to work as advertised.

My first smartphone was a Google Pixel 4XL, but it was refurbished and failed immediately after falling into a Jacuzzi. This replacement smartphone was purchased and delivered as new (factory seal is intact) and functions perfectly, including after falling into a Jacuzzi.

I've ordered several of these refurbished. They don't always come with the expected/required adapters, but they don't always warn you about that. You need the adapter to phone-to-phone transfer, although you can do it more slowly over WiFi, but it's not recommended. I really like the camera for the price, and it's a nice convenient phone with lots of important features. It's still my go-to for now when a friend or family member needs a new phone.

Former flagship phone with premium features that even brand new budget phones can't get close to, and beats the newer Pixel 5 and the budget 6a in several aspects including resolution, ppi and geekbench scores. Can be upgraded to Android 13 and is still a great phone in 2023.
Go to Argos pick a budget phone around £100 with 2 GB RAM and stuck on Android 10/11 or buy one of these with 6 GB RAM and Android 13 - difficult choice!

My Samsung S9 died, ordered an "unlocked" S9 and it was not unlocked. Sent it back and ordered this Google Pixel 4 after my son recommended it. No issues at all with setup, installed my sim card, installed my apps and pretty much took off using the phone. Easy to learn how to use as it's pretty simple. Photo editor is fantastic!

So my "NEW, UNLOCKED" phone came with a Verizon SIM card in it, dirty as can be on the back, and LOCKED status that will not allow me to set it up with my carrier. The packaging looked great and the box even had tape on the edges, making it feel like a brand new item. I got scammed.

I cracked the screen on my Pixel 3a and didn't want to spend a lot on a more modern phone. I've owned the Pixel 4 for about 6 weeks and the battery life is much worse than the Pixel 3. I'm running low on battery nearly every day and have to look for opportunities to charge it... something I never used to do with the old phone. Other than that, it works fine.

Listing indicate this is new, and item was shipped in original box and as far as I can tell, appears to be new. I still believe it is unused/new. But I called Google support to confirm if this is new, and Google said that they cannot find any warranty information - which means that first, no warranty (one year from Google), and second, Google cannot confirm it is new. Am returning for those reasons. But looked and felt new. Amazon customer support said that it would have a 30 days warranty

I ordered a Pixel 4 a month ago approximately. The delivery was super fast and good. Until the 3rd week of usage I had no problem with the phone. After that from one day to another the battery died without any sign of problem. As I am not living in Germany I brought the phone to a service. They replaced the battery with a new one and that solved the problem - it costed me 60 euros plus one hour I had to spend in the service. They confirmed that the problem was the age of the battery

The phone functions fine except for the fact that the battery drains in a few hours of normal use. I don't game or watch videos on my phone. Just email, surf the web, and stream music. The phone is basically worthless without a charger constantly attached.

not sure if this works anymore, but this was a bad ass phone, i have a clue why the pixel 4's go so much hate. yeah at the very beggining there was some growing pains, but i loathed the 7pro that i upgraded to that i actually downgraded to a one plus nord 30 something or other. anyway, if this phone still works on modern networks, i'd buy it again in a heartbeat

The size is just right, smaller than most phones. I don't want a tablet in my pocket.
The most impressive thing is the picture quality. They're better than my Panasonic Lumix bridge camera. I was on vacation last week in Grand Staircase and discovered it has a 4 minute long exposure with a tripod like a gorillapod or like it. Pictures from it are attached, not photoshopped at all.

My SIM card wouldn’t work and I noticed it was a Verizon phone so I called Verizon to unlock it. The IMEI # was not assigned to Verizon or their prepaid service so they couldn’t unlock the phone. I am returning. The SIM card will work in another unlocked phone so I know it’s not the SIM card giving me trouble. So annoying.

This is not a good item at all. I bought it and the description was inaccurate. I complained and got refunded £15 which i thought was a gesture of a goodwill. The phone has serious network connectivity issues but within two weeks it died for good. It is like I put my £230 in a ditch. Buy it at your own risk!

The first issue is with the third party selling system. When I received this phone it was very clear to me that this was not a new phone as it had a Verizon wireless SIM card in it. Clearly this is false advertisement.

After I accidentally fell into a lake with my last phone I immediately ordered this Pixel phone. It shipped super quick and in two days it was up and running for me. The set up was easy having my old phone backed up on Google and cases are readily available and inexpensive. I recommend this phone to anyone needing a high quality phone at a budget price.

With Apples prices skyrocketing to the point that its more of a status symbol than a tool, i decided to try out Android. I originally had a Samsung A52s, but man, that 6.5" screen is WAY too big. I found the pixel the other day and decided to give it a shot. The one I got is definitely brand new(not refurbished). The screen is way more manageable, but, it is like going back in time 5 years, as far as customization goes(you cant even organize apps into folders)
