Als ich die Bank ausgepackt habe war der erste Eindruck sehr zufriedenstellend.Allrs sah stabil aus und das ist es von der Standfestigkeit auch .Die Aufbauanleitung war gut alles war sehr gut beschrieben und vorhanden.Aber jetzt zum Gerät.Es ist für Leute über 1,75 nicht zu gebrauchen bin selbst 1,72 und da hakt es .Butterfly wiederum viel zu weit weg ..Beincurl und der Rest fast nicht zu gebrauchen ..zum Bankdrücken ist die Fläche fuden Rücken viel zu schmal und vom Sitz zur Fläche ist eine

| Chandelle pas assez écarté et trop courtes | 13/11/2020
Produit de moyenne gamme, les chandelles ne sont pas assez hautes pour faire de l incliné et pas assez écarté pour la prise en main de la barre. Les options développé écarté doivent être retiré pour faire du développé couché sinon elles gênent le mouvement. Une paire de chandelles et un bon banc aurait fait l affaire. Un peu déçu 😞

Mega für den Preis!!
Super Hantelbank, es wackelt überhaupt nichts und alles wirkt recht stabil. Die einzigen beiden blöden Dinge sind, dass die Ablagen für die Langhantel Recht eng zusammen sind, dass man halt außen packen muss und die Ruderfunktion ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber an sich alles Top mit der Bank

Ich habe mich zugegeben blenden lassen. Ich bin kein Tier, 1,82 hoch und ein normales Kreuz mit etwas Training...
Aber diese Kraftstation ist für Zwerge, konnte sie zum Glück aufgrund der Corona Marktsituation und geschlossenen Fitness-Stidos direkt ohne Verlust weiter verkaufen.

Absolutely great piece of equipment. Remember it’s less than £150, and has a lot to offer That said, To exercise your legs, you have to remove four bolts, and lift the seat off, rotate it, and re fasten the seat down with the four bolts. Even then you are miles away from the leg pegs, and you’re all cooled down. Leg extensions therefore are out of the question. Works well for hamstring curls though.
The pulley at the top of the seat is a good idea, unless you are a lady (or bloke) with long

Awesome bench put together in hr amd half with clear instructions for one person. Very solid frame , no expense spared here. I am 17 stone 6"2 and have no problems on this bench. The only thing i dont like is the tricep pull as the cable is a set lemgth so you can only perfom with it in a certain seated position. Still i give it 7/10

Absolutely dreadful.
Aside from the fact one of the boxes got lost in transit, the bench is absolutely tiny and unergonomic.
Once you put the pulley on, the bench does not fold flat anymore. The cable is terribly short as well. The barbell stands are just too close together for any sort of a normal grip for an average (5ft 10in) person. On top of that the barbell holder for the bicep curl is spaced just way to close together so even an empty barbell keeps falling off, and it's spaced so

I bought this and was really excited to set it up as soon as i cleared enough room to set it up but upon assemble its missing the park at the back that holds the pully together and now i cant use the machine ive contacted the seller and awaiting a response for a replacement part

This is a very good bit of kit. It's very sturdy and built to last.
Size wise, I'm just shy of 6ft 1 and I can fit on this bench just fine (You occasionally see people moaning about bench sizes....)
Like with most multi gyms/weight benches, there's always very minor tinkering required and patience when putting it together.
Once it is complete and you start trying it out, it works a charm.
It's definitely value for money, as it's a solid unit offering many different exercises,

Butterfly stört beim Bankdrücken!! | 26/12/2018
Lieferung und Verpackung vollkommen okay. Alles ist heile angekommen und wurde sinnvoll verpackt. Die Hantelbank an sich ist sehr robust. Leider wurde eine Stange nicht mitgeliefert die für den weiteren Aufbau des Überzugs notwendig wäre. Da ich den aber sowieso nicht benutzen möchte ist das erstmal egal. Butterfly sehr sinnlos angebracht, da dieser beim Bankdrücken im Weg ist... Finde ich schade, habe ich dann aber akzeptiert und zurückgebaut.

Item arrived 4 days late _ customer service poor have no sympathy, appalling. That aside the gym is sturdy takes about 2 hours for 1 person to make, as pictured, instructions could be clearer but requires more common sense then anything else.

Für gelegenheits Trainierer gut | 04/06/2018
Das Gestell ist für Leute, die gelegentlich trainieren gut, jedoch wenn man das jeden Tag nutzt leider zu nervig, da zu instabiel und die Handelauflage zu eng zusammen. Des weiteren kann man die sehr schmale Rückenhalterung nicht verstellen. Auch bei der Kurzhandelauflage ist das Armpolster für die Bizepsübungen zu schmal und durch das Wackeln der Auflage kann man sich auch nur schwer aufs Trainieren konzentrieren.

Habe sie bisher 2 mal getestet und bis jetzt ist alles ok.
Manche Übungen lassen sich nicht komplett einwandfrei ausführen
aber für den Preis kann man nicht meckern.
Insgesamt kaufe ich jedoch gerne bei Gorilla Sports ein.

Ich bin zufieden mit der Bank.
Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist spitze.
Die Dip-Holme halten(100kg),aber der Abstand ist mir zu gross.
Die Langhantelablage macht einen zuverlässigen Eindruck.
Ich nutze das Curlpult gerne, habe aber die Butterflyarme weggelassen, weil sie beim Bankdrücken im weg sind.
Für den Preis kann man das schon mal machen.

Die Bank macht zunächst einen stabilen Eindruck. Wenn man jedoch ernsthaft trainieren will, dann ist sie dafür meiner Meinung nach, aufgrund ihrer geringen Größe, untauglich. Die Butterflyfunktion ist in keiner Stellung der Bank zu nutzen. Die Griffauflagen sind zu nah am Körper und die Polster

Also ich bin mit dem Artikel sehr zufrieden, es wurde mir schnell geliefert und der Aufbau war sehr einfach.
Viele haben sich beklagt das zu wenig Muttern und Unterlegscheiben mitgeliefert werden, also bei mir hat alles gepasst.
Natürlich knackt es hier und da was aber für den Preis vollkommen in Ordnung!
Die Qualität ist auch vollkommen in Ordnung für den Preis, also wer dieses Gerät für zu Haus im Keller o. sonst wo privat nutzen will reicht es definitiv aus.

Sehr stabil und super einfach aufzubauen. Ich hatte Angst, dass das Gerät etwas wackelig auf den Beinen ist, gerade für den Preis. Aber es ist super verarbeitet und sehr robust. Der "Butterfly" ist leider völlig sinnlos, da die Arme viel zu kurz sind. Deshalb einen Stern weniger.

Very satisfied. Bench is very sturdy and assembly instructions were easy to follow. On my own it was put together in well under two hours. There were small issues with a couple of the parts, but Gorilla Sports were very helpful and replacements were sent very quickly and with the minimum of fuss. I would happily recommend both the bench and the seller, and am more than happy to give this product the five stars I have shown.

Positiv war die schnelle Lieferzeit. Jedoch unterscheidet sich diese, nicht günstige Multi-Schrägbank, kaum von herkömmlichen verstellbaren Bänken. Die Anleitung ist kaum verständlich! Schrauben wurden teilweise nicht mit- bzw. falsch geliefert, sodass ich sie mir selbst besorgen musste. Ich würde den Kauf dieser Ware nicht empfehlen, vor allem nicht für diesen Preis.

Partiamo innanzitutto dal prodotto in se: la panca si presenta di ottima fattura, rigida, stabile e pronta a sostenerti mentre sollevi qualsiasi peso. Testata con diversi carichi, risponde in maniera eccelsa, non da alcun segno di non poterli sopportare. le staffe che la compongono sono "massicce" se mi passate il termine, danno davvero un senso di stabilità e quindi sicurezza che non ho trovato su nessuna panca dello stesso prezzo. sono del parere che la stabilità e quindi la

Assemblaggio un po' lento agli inizi (spiegazioni non in italiano e disegni un po' confusi). Seduta comoda, schienale un filo ballerino. Tutto sommato per il prezzo direi un ottimo acquisto.

Buona panca con qualità prezzo abbordabile. È arrivata velocemente il primo giorno prestabilito e l'ho montata il giorno stesso. Da notare che le viti M10*40 Hex Bolt in realtà sono M8*40 e bisogna comprarne altre perché ne mancano e pure i dadi e rondelle per quella suddetta vite sono poche. Cmq sia le si prende velocemente in ferramenta o al brico quelle poche viti mancanti. Istruzioni fatte bene. La carrucola posteriore non serve a molto dato che quando vai a caricare un peso sopra i 30

Item arrived 4 days late _ customer service poor have no sympathy, appalling. That aside the gym is sturdy takes about 2 hours for 1 person to make, as pictured, instructions could be clearer but requires more common sense then anything else.

Für gelegenheits Trainierer gut | 04/06/2018
Das Gestell ist für Leute, die gelegentlich trainieren gut, jedoch wenn man das jeden Tag nutzt leider zu nervig, da zu instabiel und die Handelauflage zu eng zusammen. Des weiteren kann man die sehr schmale Rückenhalterung nicht verstellen. Auch bei der Kurzhandelauflage ist das Armpolster für die Bizepsübungen zu schmal und durch das Wackeln der Auflage kann man sich auch nur schwer aufs Trainieren konzentrieren.

Als ich die Bank ausgepackt habe war der erste Eindruck sehr zufriedenstellend.Allrs sah stabil aus und das ist es von der Standfestigkeit auch .Die Aufbauanleitung war gut alles war sehr gut beschrieben und vorhanden.Aber jetzt zum Gerät.Es ist für Leute über 1,75 nicht zu gebrauchen bin selbst 1,72 und da hakt es .Butterfly wiederum viel zu weit weg ..Beincurl und der Rest fast nicht zu gebrauchen ..zum Bankdrücken ist die Fläche fuden Rücken viel zu schmal und vom Sitz zur Fläche ist eine

Ich habe mich zugegeben blenden lassen. Ich bin kein Tier, 1,82 hoch und ein normales Kreuz mit etwas Training...
Aber diese Kraftstation ist für Zwerge, konnte sie zum Glück aufgrund der Corona Marktsituation und geschlossenen Fitness-Stidos direkt ohne Verlust weiter verkaufen.

Absolutely dreadful.
Aside from the fact one of the boxes got lost in transit, the bench is absolutely tiny and unergonomic.
Once you put the pulley on, the bench does not fold flat anymore. The cable is terribly short as well. The barbell stands are just too close together for any sort of a normal grip for an average (5ft 10in) person. On top of that the barbell holder for the bicep curl is spaced just way to close together so even an empty barbell keeps falling off, and it's spaced so

I bought this and was really excited to set it up as soon as i cleared enough room to set it up but upon assemble its missing the park at the back that holds the pully together and now i cant use the machine ive contacted the seller and awaiting a response for a replacement part
