I just bought a second one because my wife keeps browning mine so I got her own. I can put ice in it and it keeps all day. I put coffee in it every morning and it stays hot for hours. By far the best cup I have ever used.

Finding a black travel mug is like finding Bigfoot now days. Apparently, all chicks must want pastel, glittery stuff? I’m a chick and black hides everything so getting the color I wanted was a win. I use this on the daily for coffee. I fill it 30 mins before I leave and leave the top in the drinking position to let the coffee cool. It’s plenty hot for the drive to work. My wife previously had a silver one of these coffee cups for about 3 years, but it was misplaced. She liked the fit in her hand as it was more slender than a Yeti. I made the serious mistake of buying one in her favorite color. I bought her a black one that has peeled and chipped paint all over it. There warranty is not worth Crap if you have to pay and ship it back to get a replacement. I expected to get more than 60 days from a Coffee cup. Will buy a Yeti, Stanley or an RTIC next time.

My daughter gave me one of these 8 years ago and it’s traveled everywhere w/me. It keeps drinks cold forever—even when left in hot cars during our hot summers. Great at keeping drinks hot. Better than Yeti. However, the coating began peeling literally 10 minutes after first use. The lid is also poorly/cheaply designed. Returned.

After 2 years of steady use, we are still thrilled with these. My husband is an avid mountain biker and, after a long cold ride, he can return to his car and enjoy a HOT cup of coffee. The lid pops apart for easy cleaning. No leaks, fits nicely in cup holders - no complaints!

I have four 20 oz Built Tumblers .. they are a perfect size for my hand and fit in my vehicle dash. They keep hot liquids hot and cold liquids cold when you have a working lid. I gave them 3 stars because the lid top portion that you squeeze to take it apart to clean the lid breaks. Built does not sell single replacements tops of this piece or a whole top replacement lid. I called Built Corp office and asked if I could purchase replacement lids and she said they do not sell them and hung up the

My dad has used these for years! they are the only thing we have found that keep drinks warm all day, and have even been warm overnight! would recommend - but do only hand wash as in the dishwasher the paint can start to come off!

This tumbler keeps ice frozen all day long. I love the lid on this model. The lid rotates so I can insert my glass straw on the lid hole. It also fits perfectly in a cup holder and even better you can put one in each cup holder if you have adjoining cup holders since it’s straight up and down with no angle at all. I’ve been stopped by strangers and asked where I got it. I have one in almost every color because my husband and I use them as well as our out of town guests. It’s nice to have

Two of us in our family already have Built thermos cups. We like that they keep drinks extremely consistently hot for 5 hours or so without a sudden drop in temperature. They are slimline so will fit in most cupholders too and no handles mean they store easily.

Awesome glass, have 4 others but the black paint scrapes off way to easy, my others are years old and not a scratch but the black comes off with finger nails, pick another color....

I bought 4 of these tumblers at once, and unfortunately I didn't realize that you could take the lids apart for a long time, so despite my cleaning efforts, they are still coffee stained even after soaking in vinegar-water for hours. I have now purchased and returned 5 different types of replacement lids that have the correct measurements but still don't fit. SMH. Now I'm looking for new tumblers that also have replacement lids available because I'm not going to spend money again

This is the 3rd Built travel mug I have bought and very happy with its performance .
Will keep drinks comfortable hot for majority of the day eg have returned from a full day walk and nice to have hot drink in the car
You do need to be careful when washing the lid as I did snap one of tge holding prongs but overall is quite robust

The 30 oz tumbler is my favorite. I decided to try to 20 oz version and the rubber seal just doesn't fit properly. It keeps getting pushed out of the channel it is supposed to stay in when closing the lid. Because of this, the lid is difficult to get on and often doesn't seal completely. Maybe this was just a bad one, but I'm sticking to the 30 oz.

Working 8 to 10 hour shift and Iced tea stays cold.
Hot coffee lasts about 4 hours. But still warm at 6 hours. Impressive cup.

This cup is wonderful the size is great easy to hold in your hand. Both the lids are great they fit and seal fantastically. The brush that comes with it is nice and thick so it cleans the straw great. I haven’t tried hot, but it keeps the cold cold for about eight hours with no ice and 24 or so with ice

I rely on these insulated tumblers for work. What I love about this brand is the lid comes apart and is so easy to keep clean. My iced coffee stays cold for 8 plus hours and same with hot coffee, at least 8 hours or more. The slimness makes it very easy to hold. I have the rose gold and was happy to see a new color was available (silver)

I used this cup for hot and cold drinks. Since you must pinch the two tabs together to remove the top piece of the lid to thoroughly clean it, that weakens the plastic tabs. That is what broke. The cup is now useless to keep your drink hot or cold for a longer period of time.

This cup is a cute pink color and is able to keep my coffee warm for up to 3 hours. I did make the mistake of putting the cup in the dishwasher and now the wrapping is chipped. Hand wash only. Overall I think this is a great product for the price and use it daily.

Keeps ice water cold all night and keeps your ice from melting in your iced coffee too fast. I have one over 2 years old, and it is still going strong. This one I just bought works just as well as my Yeti does and at a cheaper price point. My husband has been pleased with its performance. So yes, I would recommend this cup as a good everyday-use cup.

Lid sucks. It leaks. Unlike the screw top lid built used to use. Turn the tumbler sideways and it leaks. Hit a bump it leaks.it does not seal. Poor design

Built tumblers are the best around. This is my 2nd built tumbler. I like the slim design… much easier for my short fingers to carry. Fits in all cup holders. Most importantly, it keeps ice longer than my husband’s “expensive” brand. I’ll continue to buy this brand for a long time!

Why do companies think it’s a good idea to change a perfectly good product? I’ve always been a fan of Built travel mugs, so when I decided to purchase another one, I didn’t hesitate to choose Built again. However, this time, I was disappointed to find that the company had changed the lid design, and it’s no longer leak-proof, difficult to drink from, and overall unpleasant to use.
The new design requires you to slide the plastic lid to reveal an opening, and it’s pushed on rather than screwed

I loved my old built mugs, but the new lids are dreadful. Leak EVERYWHERE!! Total pain to clean just awful. They should have left the screw in lids the had prior, no issues with them at all. Completely useless now. By the time I get to work my tea has leaked in my bag, on the car seat. Do not buy.

These are the best tumblers around. I've bought so many different tumblers in the last decade- I've had to keep trying to new ones because they either don't keep temperature (especially iced drinks) or don't hold capacity. I've stopped having to look: these are it. I own 5 of these 30oz ones.
Also, I was installing stakes for no-dig fencing in my garden at one point and couldn't find my hammer anywhere. Since I just had this on my counter I grabbed it as a substitute
