i really really liked this product but I hav heart condition and this in combination with plavix and aspirin can make one at risk to belle0 having said that - it is a goof product and the bromeliad really helps immunity and I felt great on it- hated to have to quit it but it is 3 weeks now and still have bruises - you are likely fine if you have no medical problems- but good to know

I use this to stabilize mast cells for fewer allergic reactions. I find it's very helpful. I take it along with Camu Camu, a highly potent form of vitamin C.

I find the combination of Quercetain and Bromelain to be wonderful for raising my immune system, and strengthening my heart and respiratory system. When I take the these daily I can notice the difference in my level of energy and how I feel. It really works for me.

I have been using a quercetin bromelain combination for a very long time. I actually carry a few capsules in a tiny container connected to my keychain. I take one or two every night to prevent nasal congestion. I also occasionally get a tickle in my throat that won't go away and I cough like crazy until I chew up a capsule of quercetin or a bromelin quercetin combination. I used to use Now brand but have gone through a couple of bottles of Doctor's Best since it was a better formula

Have used on and off for years for various reasons. No complaints. It can give some folks belly aches, but I haven't had a problem.

Quercetin Bromelain was recommended to me some years ago for allergies related to pollens and dust. Living on the Central Coast of California, there is usually something growing that produces pollen. And with the lack of rain, we are having more dust. I take 2 of these every morning, and while it doesn't solve all allergy issues, I notice a difference when I don't take it. It also seems to work better with consistency.
The pills are a bit large, but have the smooth casing that helps
