I am getting back into knitting after many, many years and I am trying to get kitted out. I have tried several types of needles in my quest for supplies that will make it as easy as possible for me to re-learn the craft. After trying a few that I really didn't like, I bit the bullet and paid the money for this set. All I can say is WOW! These needles are amazing. So much better that any of the others I've tried. They are smooth yet grippy on the yarn. The cables don't fight me

I purchased the ChiaoGoo SPIN Bamboo Interchangedable Set, 5” needles 2500-C and noted that the “swivel” cables, for some reason, were stationary. I contacted Premier Hobby & Games (a company I have purchased from in the past) through Amazon and they immediately rectified the problem by sending me replacement cables. In honesty, the 5 rating I gave is for the seller, and the item was as expected. ChiaoGoo is my “go-to” tools for knitting, and I would recommend purchasing it from Premier

I read so many good things about this needle set and I'm glad I purchased it. I selected it because I prefer to knit with wooden needles.
It comes with a lot of great accessories. I love the attachment to extend the cords by adding a second one. Very useful for trying things on.
Don't forget to use the needle keys to tighten everything before you start knitting! I looked up a video online to learn how to use them. I've not had any issues with the needles/ cords coming undone.

Love the way they interchange, glide when knitting, holder has pockets to keep stuff in & you can buy other cords to go with. Cut my inventory of needles to a quarter of what I had.

I love these needles, I now own several sets. The cables don’t twist and the points stay sharp.

My go-to needles are the Red Lace, but I started a lace project with an alpaca and silk yarn and the stitches kept slipping off of them. I ordered the bamboo right away and they work beautifully. My stitches are staying put and the points are sharp enough for the more intricate lace stitches. I was glad I ordered the complete set because a larger size needle was suggested for one section and I was all set! Highly recommend.

I purchased this set in February 2020. I've been using them A LOT ever since. As someone who prefers bamboo to metal, these were perfect. They're easy to use and switch. I've added cables to the set to suit certain projects. Very flexible set. Last week, while I was traveling abroad, one of my needles broke. I managed to sharpen it with a pencil sharpener so I could continue to knit. I submitted a request to Chiaogoo the same day under the lifetime warranty. Easy form to complete
