Nice light, unfortunately one end had a sticky label on it, which when pulled off left a messy mark. Still haven't quite managed to remove it

POOR QUALITY WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE | 01.07.2015
I bought one of these and there is No customer service to support. The chrome plated parts started failing and you could see pitting under the chrome and scratch marks from bad prepping. It cost me £35 for re chroming. Now the switch has gone & the plastic backplate has cracked. Very poor quality for £100 . Certainly would NOT recommend. 😢

Typical rubbish quality from Astro | 11.03.2014
Once again Astro seems to have no quality control or customner service. We returned 2 even more expensive models are rubbish quality. This model is just as bad. Do not buy, it is a waste of neaty £100. Their so-called 'customer service' matches this woeful quality too. All in all a rubbish company.

I was initially put off ordering this item because of its poor customer reviews.
However, once I realised that one reviewer was an idiot and the other had never seen the light installed or working I decided to give it a go.
And I'm glad I did. It looks great, charges my toothbrush without being switched on, and even with 2 CFL bulbs in it the light is still bright without being harsh.
At this price, definitely recommended.

The plug indtage lamp is not going to work in Danish installations | 07.02.2013
I am very dissapointed that you didn't told me that the plug cannot be used in Denmark.
Otherwise Ii would not have bought the lamp.
So all in all a bad buy for me

Not as classy as I thought from the photo | 15.01.2012
The item arrived with the glass broken so I didn't get as far as reading the fitting instructions, installing it or seeing it switched on.
I bought it because it was the best looking bathroom light with a shaver socket that I could find. Having seen it close up it does not look as good as I thought it would from the photos. In fact I'd say it looks rather cheap. The glass has a greenish tinge to it.
