After three years of light use, it crapped out. The total TBW is still pretty low, but it's throwing errors and SMART reports that it's pretty much out of spare capacity to re-map.

Ich weise aber ausdrücklich darauf hin, dass diese Bewehrtung ausschließlich dem Artikel und nicht dem Verkäufer gilt.
Der Verkäufer war sehr zuferlässig!
Diese SSD ist einfach zu langsam und könnte durchaus schneller sein.
Ich benutze die nur noch als Daten SSD.

Drive stopped being detected, and absolutely no support could be found on XPG or Adata's site for this SSD. Never buying from XPG and Adata again.

The drive was mostly used to store and serve pictures for ML training, i.e. 99% read usage pattern. Just stopped working after 18months of usage.

Failed in 6 months | 2019-03-07
Less than 6 months heat sink cover came loose and drive failed. I am trying to get an RMA but this device is not even listed on adata website for product returns. Sent mail, tried calling, so this is the best I can do to warn others.

Mine has severe write problems | 2019-02-20
Read speeds on the drive are great - better than any SSD in my system (and I have 4).
Writes are terrible. Intermittently after writing large amounts of data it starts to "stutter" - write latency to the drive goes WAY up and I end up being unable to write faster than maybe 5MByte/s. Only seems to happen after writing out a couple GB of data and happens independently of Window's write cache (although it does make it harder to see the problem). I don't have this issue with

My OS and software drive | 2019-02-11
I use this on my CAD-GIS laptop workstation as the principal OS and software harddrive. It replaced a conventional harddrive removing the main bottleneck on an otherwise loaded laptop. I recommend this as a replacement to anybody still using an HDD on any laptop or workstation.

Extremely fast | 2019-01-08
I have 2 of the 256g versions of this in my new system. 1 as my boot drive and the other in StoreMI with a 2tb WD HHD.
1 thing most people need to know is that the advertised read/write speed for these listed is for the 1TB version. XPG's site lists the rates for each size unit and yes size does matter for these. That being said these are still fast as hell. For a total of $100 these 2 have done exactly what I wanted and haven't had any problems with them at all.

Ended up not working | 2018-12-07
just installed in my msi b360m bazooka motherboard. PC can identify the drive, but was not able to write on it. Showed Cyclic Redundancy error. Tried clearing the drive through command prompt, still didn't work. Ended up returning it.

One to watch | 2018-11-27
Jumped the gun on gammix. Love the underdog, but 970 evo is about twice as fast for 20 bucks more. Step up adata, flashy heat sinck doesn't satisfy consumer needs. Pretty, would have complimented my asrock x370 fatality gaming mobo but function is more than aesthetics. Haven't given up on gammix line, I think they'll give samsung a run for their money. Soon

Definitely the way to go | 2018-11-12
I've been using this drive for several months now and still love it. It boots Win10 in just a few seconds. Loads programs and apps in the blink of an eye. I've had no problems with it whatsoever. It may not be as fast as some of the top of the line m.2 drives, but it's also a fraction of the cost and still plenty fast enough for general use.

With any new tech, I wasn't sure about the performance, but these is worth it. It's faster than SATA SSD connected to the motherboard. I was able to clone my current C: or system drive to this and my PC boots even faster, from BIOS flash screen to being in window in less than 2 seconds.

NVMe is the way to go. | 2018-08-22
I have one of these and a MyDigitalSSD SBX Single Sided 80mm (2280) M.2 PCI Express 3.0 x2 (PCIe Gen3 x2) NVMe SSD (512GB) in my HP zBook 15. If your system can handle NVMe, by all means go for it.
Speed tests showed that the MyDIgitalSSD SBX was faster at nearly everything compared to the XPG GAMMIX. But either blow away SSD relying on the SATA interface.

It’s false advertising for the 128gb. The speeds are only up to 600mps which it’s listed on amazon at 1,800. It looks nice and works fine. Thought i was getting a good deal but i could’ve bought a 2.5 ssd with more storage for the same price and speed.

I got the 256GB for 74$ 1370MB sequential read 889MB sequential write. CrystalDisk6 non-boot drive. This drive slows down to an average of 180MB/s with sequential writes of more then 25GBs. It's reported to do so on the 512GB and 1TB versions of the S10. That being said this is an AWESOME!!! Gaming disk. I am very happy with it in general. Having the one of the weakest control chips on a NVME is a down side and the fact a normal high end SSD can out perform it is counter-intuitive to NVME

Drive not recognized by computer after restart or shut down. | 2018-08-16
The computer would only recognize the drive after the BIOS was reset by removing the battery. Then when the computer was restarted or shut down, the drive was no longer visible. What a waste of time! I'm going to try Samsung next and see if it is any better.

I got a good one, and how!
with an MSI B360M Bazooka MOBO in a PCI-e 3x4 M.2 slot, I was hitting write speeds of about 480 MB/s and read speeds also very high depending on the application.
The load times of Games on this thing as a steam library went from over a minute to 14-21 second load times.
It stays cool-ish 47 C (116F) is the hottest I've seen it.

So worth the price of purchase! Sped my system up, windows 10 boot up is seconds fast, game boot ups about the same, web pgs seem to pop in all at once, this new lasting smile on my face, priceless! Now I wish my motherboard had nothing but nvme m.2 slots.

I've been using this drive for several months now and still love it. It boots Win10 in just a few seconds. Loads programs and apps in the blink of an eye. I've had no problems with it whatsoever. It may not be as fast as some of the top of the line m.2 drives, but it's also a fraction of the cost and still plenty fast enough for general use.

Not as fast as the Samsung series but for the price you can't beat this. I can go from pressing the power button on my PC to Windows done loading in about 30 seconds, 20 of which is my Bios loading

Update: 11/27/2019
I was able to remove the top "heatsink" and found that some of the sticky material was stuck to the circuit board itself. Cleaned that up and put it back on and the Stick works just fine now. Not sure how or why that affected it, but I've had it as the boot drive for a few months now no problem. Updated to reflect a more accurate score.
Mine was crashing my system within a week of install. The reply from the manufacturer was ok, and they were willing to help, but
